The movie was good and people who helped us with our food were very kind. However, after our movie, me and my friends wanted to get a photo taken in the photo booth. We put five dollars in and needed three more dollars to reach the amount needed. All we had was five dollar bills, so we split up the money. When I came back from splitting up the five dollar bill to five one dollar bills, it had said we ran out of time and needed to repay entirely. We thought, okay that's an issue on our part. We repaid. When we saw ourselves on the screen, we were unable to click any of the buttons to access the filters. We also couldn't click the button that said "ready" which would let us start taking the actual photos. I let someone know, however when someone actually came to the booth, the photos were automatically going, and the worker asked us "are you gonna take some photos?" while two had already been taken. I tried to explain that the buttons weren't working, and we didn't get the filters we wanted, but he walked away before I could explain anything. After the three photos were taken, two of just the blank background and one of me and my other friend barley getting into the booth, they went to the printing stage where it asked us to pick a background for the photos. Again, none of the buttons worked, so it's automatically set on a Super Mario theme, and printed four copies when there were only three of us. Waste of thirteen dollars.

This is not my first choice of theater overall, but I really like it for "blockbuster" type movies. They have plenty of theaters for multiple showings, comfy chairs, and really good surround sound. Staff was very responsive when there was an issue with the AC in the theater. The popcorn is pretty good and they have all the old school movie candy you could want. I've always had very pleasant movie going experiences here.

    Store front. Plenty of parking.

Great value for a theater with comfortable reclining chairs. They also have some of the earliest weekend matinees in town. Clean facility along with friendly employees. They have a bar here too; which adds to the value. There is also a game room. I'm a sucker for pop-a-shot basketball. The new release blockbusters get placed in the XD theaters. The sound experience is top notch as the XD seats rumble

It's ok.. the seats are worn. They are also loud when you adjust them . Plenty of space and they have a party room.

Overall, I give the theater visit a 2, but they have good sound quality, which bumps it up to a 3. Why such a low score? Well, this was my first time being here or to any cinemark theater, and I understand if an independent one screen theater doesn't do refills, but this is a big theater franchise. I couldn't believe it when I went to go get a refill on a small drink, I was told by the consession stand clerk that they don't do any refills of anything here. Really? You have to buy another popcorn or pop just to get a refill? Like I said, I understand the independent/local owned theaters doing this, but not a chain to where there are over 500 theaters out there. Cozy seat was nice, it was clean, but the no refills on popcorn and drinks really hurts because I really do wanna come back, but that little inconvenient bump pushes me and the crowd of 8 with me last night to visit other theaters for now on.

My mom ordered tickets online for our movie. When we arrived she could not access her email to print the tickets. There was a man working on a broken machine, I think his name tag said Mr. Tillman. My mom asked if he could help us. She explained the situation, she tried looking for the email in her phone, eventually he said come on over and I'll take care of you. He walked us over to the counter and was kind enough to print us tickets so that we can view the movie on time. He was very kind, helpful, and made it seem like no big deal. He could've just as Easily blown us off, or simply not believe us and told us there was nothing he could do. Instead he went above and beyond and made sure that we were able to see the movie on time. I appreciate the fact that he took us at our word, and made sure that we enjoyed our evening.

Just went to a matinee yesterday. They really raised their pricing. It was $8.50 for the matinee each and no Senior discounts. Wow.

We do enjoy watching movies on the XD screen, we've watched The Revenant and Deadpool and those were great on the huge screens!

Luckily I had a free popcorn coupon other wise it would have been like $12! However, they do have deals during the week that help with prices. If you have the rewards the deals aren't too bad. We went for half price movies so that was a good deal. We saw Leviticus and the movie was great. However it was kind of ridiculous that the previews didn't even come on until the time the movie was supposed to start and lasted almost 30 full minutes! Insanity.

Sad. This used to be the premier theater in town, now Cinemark is eating Regal's lunch big time…read more The popcorn is stale and full of kernels, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS, easily double Cinemark's prices, and the sodas are not mixed well. The seats are old school, and not horribly uncomfortable but also not amazing leather recliners and loveseats like so many theaters have these days. Walking into this theater and sitting down is like being transported to 2003, which can be fun in its own right. The colors are vibrant, the theater design is liminal and old-school. I actually really like the vibes here. I just wonder why Regal doesn't seem interested in upgrading this theater. It has PRIME real estate, in a rich population high-traffic area. It would make a splash if Regal bought some new reclining chairs and gave the place a good cleaning and makeover, and lowered their concession prices by 25%-30%. Look, I get why attractions in general charge more for concessions, but these prices are hilariously bad. Lowering the prices would result in higher profits because more people would buy more items. It's a no-brainer. The video and audio quality is superb, which is ironic considering the state of the rest of the theater. Probably the best part of the experience is if you see an older or less popular movie, you are likely to have the whole theater to yourself! It's a very fun experience to see a movie on a huge screen with no one else around. Good for the customer, very, very bad for Regal. They need to upgrade the theater or sell to Cinemark or AMC at this point.

I was here on a Friday afternoon to see Wicked. Purposefully choosing a theater showing time…read morebefore kids would be out of school and for which few tickets were sold. I had heard that people in theaters were singing along loudly to the music and I wanted to avoid that at all costs. I also didn't want to sit near anyone so I wasn't distracted. I liked being able to see the status of seating and tickets sales online and the ability to buy my ticket that way - but wasn't too happy about the service charge I had to pay to do so. Anyways, I got to the theater a few minutes before the posted start time. I waited at the ticket window only to find out that I could go right up to the ticket taker and they would scan my e ticket. Lesson learned. When I got to the theater, I was the ONLY person there. PERFECT. Unfortunately, a bunch of ladies came in right before the previews started and talked loudly through the entire preview screening. I guess that OK as I wasn't watching the previews - I just kept playing on my phone until the movie started. Once the movie started, they shut up and kept quiet the whole time. For those that don't know - Wicked (part 1) is 2 hours and 40 minutes run time - plus the previews. I have a chronic hamstring issue and quickly found out that these seats were not good for that pain. I spent the WHOLE time squirming and readjusting my sitting position as I never found a good way to sit. Yet another reason no one was sitting near me as I would have drove them nuts. In the future, I don't know if I'd come to see a movie here again. I know that Crosswoods has leather recliners and I am able to sit comfortably in them. I had considered seeing Wicked there - but there times/seating was not attractive. The movie experience itself was great. No complaints about picture or sound. The movie kept me engaged and I only thought about how long I'd been there a couple times and was tempted to check my watch - but I did not. However, by the time the movie ended, I was about at the end of my attention span and ability to sit any longer. The e ticket option - now that I know that I can skip to the ticket taker - is quite convenient. Parking was good at that time of day but I know it can be challenging for more popular show times. Food and drink prices are insane so I brought my own bottle on Diet Mt Dew in. Restrooms were good and I somehow managed not to have to use the facilities during the movie - but I sure needed it as soon as the movie was over. Again - location good. I find it easier to manage than going to Easton Town center which is equally near my house. So if you're looking for a nice, casual movie theater with no bells or whistles in seating, this is your place. It just might not be the place for me again, unless somehow my hamstring magically heals. Doubtful since it's been problematic for almost 10 years.

We were told staff did not want to "cause a scene," so they made all six of us leave instead and gave us refunds and vouchers. The worst part was that a mall security officer later approached us in the lobby and said nobody had contacted him. He told us he would have gone inside and removed the people from our seats. By then, we had already been refunded and the night was ruined. I appreciate the refund, but AMC should have enforced the assigned seating and contacted security. All six of us dressed up, made plans, and were excited to celebrate my birthday, only to have our time completely wasted.
