Side note: She came a second time to address some landlord issues and cleaned the stuff AGAIN free of charge!! It was part of her guarantee! Awesome service.

I wanted a quote on a home I moved out of and provided a description of the work which included miscellaneous papers, and debris from the big move out and she mentioned she would need to put a hold on my credit card and take a deposit (which was not a problem) but I did mention that was odd. She responded, "Its actually not odd" and made several other comments. I personally have worked with many cleaning services and none have ever had a requirement outside of retaining a credit card on file. She then told me to "get a quote from another company" and hung up on me. I would stay far away from this company!

I was still in the process of moving a few last items, and each team member was friendly, professional, and very accommodating throughout. The cleaning was extremely detailed, and i am very thankful for their thorough work. I was especially concerned about lingering pet odors since I have two cats, but the team used special products, and by the time they finished, there was no trace of any Cats living there and the place looked and smelled great. Scheduling was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. I had called several other cleaning companies before finding Majestic Maids, and many didn't even answer the phone. I'm so glad I went with them and I highly recommend their services!

It took 2 people 3 hrs to clean a 1 person occupied apartment with less than 1300 sq ft (2 bedroom, loft, 2 bathrooms, very small kitchen, and dining/living room space) and no pets. I was charged $270. My oven cleaning was waived because they had to cancel the first appointment. (-)They don't charge until after the job is completed and per their policy they "process payments within 24 to 48 hours after your job is done. We do this for 2 reasons, first & foremost, to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our services and at that time we would know the actual time cleaning". I only gave them 3 stars because I provided my feedback that there were several items still dirty such as the outside surface of oven, bathroom toilet paper holders, kitchen sink faucet. They charged the full amount and didn't offer to come back and fix my concerns. (-)I didn't inform the cleaning service but I had LED string lights around some furniture that were positioned in February '17 and upon my return home they were no longer working.

Many things that Cleaning Better does right that other companies don't is the ease of working with them. We needed a last minute move-out clean for my dad since Merry Maids wouldn't accommodate us, and they were able to come out with just two days notice. They were 5 minutes early which is unheard of for Merry maids, and they were quick to get started and had me walk through apartment to review what should be cleaned. There were 4 cleaners so a three story apartment was done in an hour and a half. The swept, mopped, vacuumed, dusted, cleaned frig, oven and all cabinets. I can't tell you how amazing they made the place look. And the price was the cherry on the cake...such an amazing deal and about half the minimum merry maids would have charged. I was so glad and thankful we found this company and would use them again in a heartbeat. Also the owner Betty was extremely easy to work with and responsive.
