I love cider so I knew going in that I would love visiting their taproom. And yep, I did. Place is quite large - plenty of seats. They have games and cards you can play with and they had some sort of class going on while we were there. Maybe cake decorating or something? It looked fun. The server was extremely helpful - explained what some of the flavors were and gave me her opinions and favorites. We tried a flight - all delicious. The only issue I found was they didn't open till 4pm on Friday - didn't leave us much time when we had plans that night.

I tried the seasonal drink local AF and BTC. It had blackberry and vanilla. It was absolutely delicious. The other had bourbon and it was so good.

Cider breweries are my jam and Diskin was top notch. Innovative and fun flavors. I really enjoyed Daydream, Babe Magnet,Ciderveza, Hot & Sticky). As for the ambiance, there is a large indoor and outdoor patio, plus TVs, food menu as well as a drinks menu if others in your party prefer other drink options. Bonus: Diskin is pet and baby/kid friendly. They have board games as well as cornhole and a few other outdoor games on the patio. In a nutshell: this is a fun spot worth checking out if you're a cider fan.

I'm a cider girl from Colorado and I was more excited to try Tennessee cider than I was the moonshine and the whisky (though we did that too :). I could not have been more thrilled to discover Diskin! From the moment we walked in, the ambience was great, the lighting, the music, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Lex walked me through the options, I ended up getting a flight of six tasters - I'm on vacation! And everyone single one was a delight. The prices are reasonable too, I'd be a regular if they had a location out west!

Diskin is so good!! Love the vibe of the place with open garage style doors. Friendly for large groups! They also allow dogs outdoors which is great! The flight was such a fun option to try the different ciders. I cannot explain how big this venue is!!

Went here for trivia on thursday! Trivia was awesome. Such a big area and dog friendly outdoors. I actually ended up mixing two flavors per the bartenders recommendation and it was amazing! I was hungry and got pizza, im not sure if I just dont really love slim and huskies or if this specific flavor wasn't for me. I got the hot chicken pizza, it was over cooked and not very cheesy. The cheesy bread was a good app.

Slim & Husky's Pizza has taken over the kitchen here and it was such a good decision! Everyone was so helpful and took my order quickly! I ordered the Nothin But A V Thang vegan pizza and it was so so good. Perfectly crisp and full of toppings. They released a Cherry bomb cider today and had a themed party with a cute photo backdrop.

As one of the only "cideries" in Nashville, you have to check this place out! The atmosphere is a mix of casual and fun! There's a large seating area both indoors and outdoors. When the weather is great, this place is a must. If you know what you want, you can order a regular size of any of their ciders on tap. I had never been here and decided to go with the flight. They gave me four choices of ciders. I decided to go for three of the flagships ciders: 615, Bob's Your Uncle, and Tiki Tonik and one of the seasons ciders: Jo Loco. Each one had a distinct flavor, with the Jo Loco (limoncello), 615 (fruit tea) and Tiki Tonik (pineapple) being the most unique. I will say though, Bob's Your Uncle was the most traditional and my favorite along with the 615! The drinks were delicious and I can't wait to come back with some friends!

I LOVE Diskin!!! They have the best ciders in town with a great selection. The seasonal one right now is called Resolution, it is a cinnamon spice cider and tastes like fall in a can. There was a food truck here on a Friday night, I got the chorizo papas and they hit the spot. They also do drag brunch on the weekends which I have been wanting to go to since I'm sure it's a blast. Come here for a fun, chill night out!

Diskin is a craft cidery located in Nashville's Wedgewood Houston neighborhood and has become one of my go-to places to grab a drink with friends I attended this weekend for "Babe Fest" - a celebration for the launch of Babe Magnet cider - and had a wonderful time. It was my first time ordering food from here, and my Bahn John was delicious! I also ordered the charcuterie. It was an extremely generous portion, especially given the price, but slightly awkward to eat since it didn't come with any crackers or bread. Diskin is dog friendly and has a great selection of board games and yard games. There's also plenty of street parking in the neighborhood.

They opened at 4pm and let us in when we were a few minutes early. Loved the ciders they had and so happy we got to come here and give them a try. We even met the owner who was super cool and chill ! Love the fact that the space is so open and everyone was having a good time. We tried 12 of their ciders. 11/10 would recommend coming !!!

While in town this weekend we discovered Diskin had a special event to celebrate the release of their Roses Cheeks Cider !! We had a blast, lively event with a chill vibe and fun activities. Snow globe making was my favorite! We started with 2 flights to try a variety of flavors, each one unique in its own way and ripe with flavors. We both agreed that as described is exactly what you get, which we appreciated immensely, sometimes you're searching for the flavors and that's no fun.We finally decided on "Bobs your Uncle"and "Tiki Tonik"as our go to for the day, both smooth and satisfying without being too sweet or dry. Big hats off to the lovely strawberry blonde young lady who showed me how to make a Snowglobe, I love it and will always remember you fondly. They also had a beautiful snow day backdrop for pictures and some twinkling lights for ambiance. Overall a very enjoyable day in a comfortable atmosphere!!

Love this place! They are super dog friendly (not just dog tolerant). They allow your dogs inside which is a godsend when it's 100 degrees outside and you just what to go somewhere cool to enjoy a beverage with your best friend. I'm not necessarily a beer drinker, but I enjoy their frozen cocktails.

Ask the Community - Diskin Cider

Are we allowed to bring our own food?

No; they have rotating in-house food providers. Menu can be found on website.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, but limited to the outside. The area outside is very large and we have taken our pups many times when it’s not too hot outside.

The moment those elevator doors open, it feels like you've stepped into the skyline itself. The bar setup both inside and outside is absolutely beautiful. The indoor space is polished and vibrant, and once you step out onto the rooftop, the views completely light up the atmosphere. Day or night, the city feels close enough to touch. Sunset up there? Elite. Nighttime? It turns into a glittering panorama that makes every cocktail taste a little better. The vibe is effortlessly cool without trying too hard. It's the kind of place where you can dress up a little, sip something classy, and just soak it all in. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the whole experience feel amazing Whether you're celebrating something special or just want to see Nashville from a different perspective, this rooftop is always a good idea. Great views, great energy, great people. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the city.

Despite the hotel setting, it feels a bit more 'for the locals' than lower Broad does these days. So whether you are entertaining out of town guests or want to have drinks Downtown, this just might be the spot you're looking for. I had something to celebrate and I wanted to do so in style. It was mid-spring and the weather was perfect so I wanted to take advantage of the short window. I took a ride share to the hotel bc ain't no one got time for Downtown parking rates and bee-lined it to the Lou/Na elevator at the back of the lobby. Once I hit the rooftop, my Friday night began. The atmosphere is every bit as dark, moody (in a good way) and smartly-illuminated as expected. Since I was here for views and good weather, I asked the hostess for an outdoor table. She obliged and I was soon perched along the edge of the roof, staring into the twinkling lights of our ever-expanding skyline. It was well-past the dinner hour and I was craving something sweet. After chatting with my helpful server, I decided on the creme brulee and an espresso martini. Both were excellent. The brulee had a perfect crust and delectable custard that paired well with the martini that veered closer to dry than sweet. I appreciated that. It showed effort went into making the cocktail. I was in my own head so I minded my business and didn't do too much people watching. Despite the time of year and good weather, the roof wasn't too packed. It wasn't empty but it wasn't bustling. That was fine by me but I'm sure the management would disagree. I would point out that Lou/Na has gotten even more popular since when I visited so I'm confident that the crowd on good weather nights has increased. If that's your thing, head over on a Friday. If not, check it out during the week. But if well-made cocktails in a beautiful environment outside the madness of Lower Broad but still Downtown is on your radar, you know where you need to go and what to do. Lou/Na should be in your rotation.

I had a power dinner with a friend who is coming into my business... it was his first time eating Korean food, and Onda blew him away ! We started with a seafood pancake, which we split ...absolutely delicious ~ with a nice dipping sauce on the side Drinks from the bar were very nicely prepared Then we moved on to the best Kalbi I have ever eaten in my life and I've eaten a lot of Kalbi even in LA!! They call it LA Kalbi here. Being a business dinner I sure wanted to impress so I also ordered a plate of beef, Bulgogi and spicy pork Bulgogi both ROCKED ~ all three meats came out on sizzling iron plates All of the sides were as good as anything I've ever had, including the kimchi, which was extra special This is a VERY Classy, upscale, wonderful Korean restaurant with food that is impossibly good ! By the way, it's full of Koreans ..and a couple White folks. so that's always a good sign !!

The flavor was really well balanced! I had just the right amount of spice without being overwhelming, paired with a subtle sweetness that made it super enjoyable to keep eating. It came out on a sizzling plate, which not only kept everything hot but also added a nice touch to the presentation and overall experience. The portion size was very generous, which I always appreciate. I ended up having enough leftovers for lunch the next day, and it held up really well! The restaurant itself was clean and had a nice, comfortable atmosphere. Nothing over the top, but definitely a place you can sit down and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. That said, the experience wasn't perfect. The side dishes were a bit limited compared to what I was expecting, especially if you're used to a wider variety. Service was also on the slower side. The staff was friendly and polite, but it did take a few attempts to get their attention when I needed a water refill or wanted a to-go box. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but it's something that could definitely be improved. Overall, I'd still recommend Onda if you're looking for flavorful Korean dishes and generous portions. Just be prepared for a more relaxed pace of service. I'd come back again, especially for that spicy pork bulgogi!

Now... if only I could remember where I am staying. LOL. Just kidding! I made it. I got so lit in Japanese whiskey flights that I ordered enough food for two people. The "Flight to Tokyo" lived up to its namesake tremendously. That dang whiskey is wicked man. Combined with the beers that go down like water and you may be like me.... Wasted Soup dumplings are so damn cool. It's also either an engineering marvel or some sort of biblical miracle. How is the soup born inside the little dumpling?? So many questions!! I had some here and they were sure tasty!! I also had some killer crispy fried pork belly and some kick ass twice fried Korean wings!! Pork belly had tremendous umami flavors and was sticky sweet and yummy all at once! Loved it! But then came the Star.... I love chicken wings as much as I love life! That my friend, is a whole fucking lot!! I am more full of myself than you could possibly imagine. I loved these particular chicken wings a little more than life. I walked through downtown Nashville alone, on a random weeknight, just to eat these wings because I saw them on Yelp. I had already eaten dinner at Eddie V's earlier in the evening, but these wings called me from more than a mile away... Come eat me, Adam.... Is all I could hear after I saw others pictures of the wings.... Shhhh. Wings. I can't. But you must, said the wings.... I can't, I have no transportation.... The Soup Dumplings were just as amazing, but the Roti Canai (Malaysian flatbreads with curry sauce) stole the show. The curry was rich with the perfect amount of spice. You're missing out if you skip the appetizers here. For my entrée, I ordered the Hong Kong Wonton Noodle Soup, and all I can say is wow. The broth and tender wontons were the perfect combination. My boyfriend loved his Pad Thai as well, and the only downside was the portion size for the price. I want to give a huge shoutout to our server, Jaylen, for making the experience top-notch. He was incredibly attentive, patient, and offered great recommendations through the night. Hawkers is on my list for date nights, ladies' nights, or a casual evening out (especially for drinks and appetizers!)
