This place blew my socks off! I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I came here. The cidery is open and airy, but has a cozy warm vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the ciders were great. I really loved the cider that had cinnamon in it and the pineapple cider. They also had a few beer options for people who aren't into cider. The flight is a great option to sample 4 different ciders, though it is a bit pricy at $15ish. The mac and cheese with bacon and the rosemary popcorn were also incredible. The lamb sliders were ok but no on the top of my list to re-order. I'll definitely be coming back to try more of the food. The first time I came was during the halloween event which was complete with burlesque, aerial performers, and fire related performances. It was a great event and I had a ton of fun. I also came during their first trivia event, and will be back again for that. On nights when events aren't going on, they have some board games you're welcome to play. Overall Diskin is perfect for a fun night with friends or with family. Even my mom liked it! Diskin ciders is now one of my favorite places in Nashville and I recommend it to everyone! read more

This place is so much fun! I love all the different options to enjoy cider! Such as their unique flavors, cider cocktail, or a frozen cider. My favorite cider is the babe magnet which is a strawberry like cider. We tried the two flights there so we could taste all the different flavors. They have board games and corn hole to play while you are there. I also like going here to drink because it's pretty calm and i don't like bars due to them being Loud and normally having way to loud of music and this place is relaxing. read more

Diskin Cidery is one of my fave local spots. It's a huge space with game boards, corn holes, fire pits, hammocks, and a great bar. I've been at least 5 times now, and each time I have a blast. I got their flight (as usual) and my all time favorite is still the Resolution, the perfect cinnamon flavor. I also got one of their frozen ciders, I prefer the regular (non frozen) drinks! I also love their seasonal menu, and can always expect to try something new and tasty. read more

Within 10 minutes of being here it was my new favorite spot in Nashville! So the beers....I LOVE ciders and basically any brewery you go to has 8+ IPAs and a few lagers and nothing fruity so I was super excited to see a Cidery open up. I figured the beers were going to be good but I wasn't expecting them to be this good!!! I have never, ever had a cider (or any beer for that matter) that was this good! You're going to think every cider your ever had up to this point was trash after you try their Babe Magnet. They aren't overly sweet and they have so many options anyone will find one they like! So besides the beer, the service is amazing! So many kind bartenders ready to help you and answer any questions! The prices are good and the parking is free. They also play great music at a good volume and have fun games you can play. We used Diskin Cider for our rehearsal dinner venue in October 2021. When our original rehearsal dinner venue fell through just a few months before, we were so lucky to find Diskin. It wound up being a better option than the original. We actually had first reached out to East Nashville Beer Works but had learned that they weren't doing events, but they referred us to Diskin. Laura Thompson and her team were great -- organized and very accommodating. The space was perfect for us, especially with COVID, because people could be fully outside or inside with the large garage doors open and the giant fan going to keep the air fresh. Ignored by the bartender for 20 minutes then waited in line instead to order flights and was shoved paper to write down what we wanted and told "I'll do it when you're ready"...we WERE ready. This place has a lot of potential, however it's needs a few changes. We were meeting friends for drinks/food here and had to change places. The temperature inside was extremely warm. I'd avoid getting any food here at all cost. The bread on the chicken sandwich was harder than a brick & the steak skewers were like eating leather. Wedgehood/Houston is the new cool spot in Nashville and Diskin Cider is a must stop for anyone. Yes, that's right, Nashville finally has a cidery. I found myself at Diskin Cider the Saturday night before Halloween. Most bars/restaurants were having some kind of Halloween party so we did a small bar hop to check out a few of them. Diskin Cider was by far the coolest. For the actual space, it's pretty big. When you walk in, you can see the big tanks where they make the cider to the right. To the left there are comfortable couches and a fireplace. The bar is in the back and there are more tables and bar seating back there. They also have a nice outside patio area with fire pits and hammocks. It is comfortable enough to hang out and have a more relaxed time, but then at night they can also turn up the party. They had about 10 different options for ciders along with a cider slushy, 4 beer options, and cider cocktails. I will admit, I'm not a big cider drinker. Everyone with me said they loved their ciders and I was happy I could enjoy a nice beer. My friend tried their Halloween special called Truth Serum. It was almost black and had glitter in it. Beautiful and at 10%, strong. Prices were pretty good, especially for drinks in Nashville. Ciders were $6-8, beer was $8, slushies were $6, cocktails were $11. Diskin also has some food options if you are hungry. This place was packed but the servers were all very nice and patient. From what I have seen, Diskin has a variety of events that all seem pretty fun. On this night, they had a burlesque show, a fire dancer, and a grinder girl. The shows were all amazing! Something totally different and edgy. Diskin Cider is the perfect spot for anyone. I could see hanging out here for a relaxing afternoon or partying it up on a Saturday night. There is parking on the side of the building and in the back. They often have live music and events so keep an eye out for that. If you like cider, you need to come here. If you don't like cider, bring your friends that do so you look like the really cool person that knows all of the hot spots in town. read more

Ordered the mega flight, had maybe 2 or 3 out of 12 that were even worth drinking. Then ordered a $22 charcuterie board. Came with half burnt bread instead of crackers. We stumbled upon Diskin just doing a general search in the area. We are big cider fans which is why we stopped in. Just to note; this review is for their drinks, we haven't tried their food yet. We have been back twice already. What I feel brought their service from good to great was during our first experience with them. Their flights are served with a choice of 4 of the drinks available, so each of us ordered a flight and 1-8 of the drinks on the menu. The bartender noticed that we were trying everything out and gave us a sample of the 9th item on their menu as well. That to me showed that she was paying attention to us and what we were doing, greatly appreciated! I was extremely thankful as well because that 9th pour is their seasonal specialty called "Daydream" which is a Rose/cider mix and ended up being my favorite! My fiance really liked the 615 which is a fruit cider, if I recall correctly. They have a really nice industrial style building with a relaxing ambiance. They had a variety of board games available and 2 sets of corn hole. There are a couple of tables outside and even some hammocks. I emailed to reserve a spot for us and Laura was so accommodating and emailed me back very fast. Once we got in and checked in the entire staff were all friendly and very helpful. We watched a drag show that was so amazing! I cannot thank the staff enough for making us feel welcomed and ok for having a toddler. Diskin Cider is easily our favorite place to go here in Nashville. We go at least once a weekend and are always greeted with a warm welcome! All of their employees are extremely friendly and competent, not to mention all of their ciders and food are SO good. I love to get a mix of ciders and ask Emily or other girls behind the counter what I should try and they always hook me up! And seriously, their chef is amazing. One of the best charcuterie boards in town. I also love how dog friendly they are. We love bringing our sheltie out with us and they always greet her with such enthusiasm and treats! I love this place because it has an atmosphere for every kind of person! You can sit outside on a warm summer day, or outside by a bonfire on a cool fall evening. You can go inside and listen to the DJ and dance or you can plop yourself at one of their many tables in an industrial chic open space and chat with friends. I enjoy it here. The cider is very good and they always have a special release that is at least worth trying. I wish they had more seating, it seems like a big space but not a lot of places to sit! That being said, they have games such as life size connect 4 and cornhole inside so I guess you want the space. It's also very cozy, when I went they had a bonfire outside and a fire lit in the fireplace inside! Overall, a nice place to spend a couple of hours and a nice change from the brewery scene without being too different.
