Tucked on Main Street in East Nashville, this local brewery has lots of great variety of beer options. The staff is super friendly and give good recs. I forgot the name of my beer but it was one of the fruity options and it was very good. The prices are pretty decent and good seating indoors and outdoors. For food, they had some cheap throwback options like hot pockets. Parking is a bit tough when they get busy, but they do have a small free lot. Otherwise you can try to find street parking somewhere around.

I loved getting to see this awesome space and hear about their plans for opening and beyond! The staff were all SO nice, the space was vibey, the patio area is beautifully set up, and the addition of FAB pizza is great! I can't wait for everyone to experience this spot! Not to mention, such a good amount of parking in front of and behind the building!

Not your typical brewery food -- everything is made from scratch by their on-site chef, and the brews on tap rotate so you can keep trying new flavors. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and will remember your name and order if you come in every weekend (ask me how I know -- ha!) Stop in for a casual date night or weekend brunch. Sit outside if weather permits. It's a delightful spot and deserves to be around for years to come. Tell them Lori sent you!

Visited Crazy Gnome Brewery for a Nashville brewhouse event and really enjoyed the experience! It's a small, local brewery with a cozy vibe and a friendly atmosphere. I tried their beer flight and especially liked Lemon Squeezy and Hefe Von Gnome -- both were refreshing and well-balanced. They also serve food from FAB Pizza, which was good but felt a bit overpriced for the portion size. The ambiance overall is well maintained, and the outdoor seating is a nice touch, especially on a pleasant evening. A great spot to hang out with friends, try some local brews, and enjoy the laid-back Nashville beer scene.

I came here from downtown on a scooter with my sister and brother in law because we missed the drunk tour so we ended up here. Well it was it was worth it. Small but very convenient and super friendly. Had all kinds of testers and they were very knowledgeable of the beer they had on tap. Just be nice to the people there and chat it up . 10:10 cute little spot for beer

The staff is fabulous. There is a nice variety of beer. They have a few tvs. There is a quiet room with games. It can get kinda loud. Everyone is happy and friendly and explains about all the beer. The brunch was so good and the wait wasn't long even though it was busy!

Their greatest asset is their people. The passion for their craft is evident from the brewing process to the taproom, the apparent goal is to be the best at their work. The beers I had the pleasure of tasting were great, and the Celtic Grounds was excellent. I especially liked hearing the history of the site. The taproom is very comfortable and inviting, with a thoughtful layout and interesting games and decor. The on-site pizza, F.A.B., is also a bit.

We stopped here as part of the Brew Hop trolley and I'm so glad we did. It's a very small place, hidden behind a store. The interior is larger than it looks. It might have tardis magic (IYKYK). The guys at the counter were super nice and very quick with our beer. The interior is decorated very cozy - it's like someone's basement and we are all just hanging out. I really loved their beers - this was the only stop on the tour that we bought a shirt from cause it impressed us that much. We will be happy to come back.

Congratulations for the 2022 accomplishments and then moving forward into 2023, 2024! Great place with a chill vibe as well as creative brews. Appreciate Bennet and Grayson for the effort as well as perseverance on creating high quality brews to not only, but to Please continue to share your love to this 37206 staple. Kramer the Tap Manager was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the beers. Abbey is always welcoming and a pleasure to interact with every visit. Great place to check out NFL games when everyone else is fighting for a table or parking in East. Parking is shared with Main Street Liquor and vey easy to get a spot. One of my few fortress of solitudes that always delivers...

Crazy Gnome is a local micro/nano-brewery that sits directly on Main Street about a block or two from the heart of Five Points. While they are situated on Main Street, finding them can be a little tricky as they sit in the corner of the same building that houses Main Street Liquors. Parking can be a bit of situation here, especially when it gets packed. They do not have a dedicated lot, but you can consider the liquor store parking just that...as besides street parking, that is the best place to look. On weekends and in the evenings you can scoop up a spot in the lot for Gym 5...but all the other times, be planful or creative for parking! Crazy Gnome isn't the largest spot, but they have done a good job with the space they have. Outside they have a recreation area with a few games you can play or you can chill at one of the tables/picnic tables. Just inside the doors you have a 6 to 8 stool bar, a communal standing table, standard 4 tops and even a lounge area fitted with sofas and chairs. We opted for a picnic table outside which allowed us to watch the folk on the treadmills at the neighboring gym as we sipped our carb loaded beers! They have a constant rotation of beers with usually 8 - 12 actively on tap. I usually prefer the smoother and lighter selections so I went with the Protect our Pollinators on round 1 and finished my visit off with their Breakfast of Champions. Both were great light beers. My partner is a sour fella, in attitude and beer taste (badum tss), so he went with the April Sours Bring May Flowers and then the Lemon Squeezy. Service was excellent, the bartenders were both friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming..as was the sign on the door notating that they are a LGBTQ+ safe space...was great to see that! Definitely a spot we will be back to!

I love trying new breweries everywhere I travel! While visiting Nashville, this was the one I decided to try! Off the beaten path, crazy gnome brewery is a great place for a good beer. They have great outdoor and indoor seating. A great list of local brews and seltzer to try! They have a small parking lot for you to use, tvs, tables, and games to play while you're enjoying your drink! The employees welcomed us in and let me try samples before deciding!

Stoke Haus Brewing & BBQ is hands down the best BBQ experience of my life!…read more A few helpful tips before you go: parking is a little limited right in front and the entrance is easy to miss. There is additional parking around the side in an open lot that felt safe, was free (at least currently), and was super convenient. Once you arrive, walk around the left side of the building and order inside at the bar. They'll give you a pager, and when your food is ready, you'll head outside to the food truck for pickup. When we first walked in, I have to admit I thought, "What is that smell?" Then I realized it was the giant brewing vats and the smell of the beer-making process. Once I connected the dots, I actually started appreciating it and felt it added to the experience and the authenticity of the brewery. We tried their signature beer, a quality dark ale that paired perfectly with our meal. It had a great depth of flavor and was the perfect complement to the BBQ. For food, we ordered and split: Half order of ribs: incredibly tender with a crispy, flavorful top. They were packed with flavor and came with two dipping sauces. I preferred the BBQ sauce over the Carolina-style sauce, but both were enjoyable. Brussels sprouts: OH MY GOODNESS. I genuinely did not know vegetables could taste this good. Even my veggie-hating partner loved them, which honestly says everything. These were a standout. Mac & cheese: visually, this was beautiful and looked like it was going to be a favorite. Unfortunately, it didn't quite hit the way I expected and wasn't as satisfying as I hoped. THE BRISKET BURGER = THE STAR OF THE SHOW! I have never had a brisket burger before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but this was phenomenal. The Gouda cheese was incredible, and the combination of the mayo, pickles, and sauce created the perfect balance of flavors. It was everything you want in a burger and more. This is the dish I will be telling everyone about. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was fantastic. They have board games in the back, and it looks like they host karaoke nights, which gives the space a really fun, community-oriented feel. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and helpful. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. Great food, great beer, great people, and a unique experience. Stoke Haus is a must-visit and if you go, do yourself a favor and order the brisket burger. You won't regret it.

You know the places I'm talking about. No, I wanted somewhere authentic. In a neighborhood, not near the mall. A place most people would drive past. Stoke Haus is all this and more. Much more. 2pm on Sunday and the parking lot was full. (I'm sure a good handful was for the liquor store next door). The first issue - how do you get in?? There is no front door. There is a tall wooden fence on the side of the building. I peek through the gap between the fence and the wall. A long smoker, a pile of wood, a small food truck (what???). I see a couple leaving the building by a side door. This must be it. There is a sign taped to the door: order at the bar and pick up at the truck. Following instructions, we approach the bar. The couple next to me just got their food. OMG. That looks so good. I ask what they have...brisket, a pulled pork sandwich, German potato salad, cole slaw, fried okra and a little pile of pickles and marinated onions. I don't even look at the menu. "I want that" I tell the bartender. We each order a beer (I forgot to mention that this is a brewery too). We received our beer and a buzzer, found a table and proceeded to play on our phones until the buzzer went off. My husband went outside to the food truck and came in with a metal tray nearly overflowing with food. We didn't waste a second digging in. The brisket was incredibly tender with a most amazing bark. A little too fatty, even for brisket, but still a "must order". The sandwich was absolutely stuffed with tender, juicy pulled pork. Perfection. The sides, especially the potato salad were excellent (though the okra wasn't made from scratch, it was still worthy). The pickles? That final little "oomph". Our meal wasn't just a home run, it was a grand slam! I've written a lot of reviews. I've written a lot of 5 star reviews. I'd love to be able to give Stoke Haus 10 stars. This is definitely a don't miss!!

After waiting for about 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us, we waved one of the bartenders down as she approached the cash register and requested to close out. The bartender seemed bothered that we flagged her down and quickly turned back using a micro aggressive tone and responded that she needed to complete helping a customer before she can help us. I have worked in customer service/food and cocktail industry and her tone/response was completely unnecessary. We have been to a few "dive" bars in the past In CA, NY, AZ, TX, AL and other parts of Tennessee and we have never encountered a response like that before. Maybe it was a busy Saturday afternoon or maybe they do not cater to diversity. Regardless we will not be returning.

Honestly, I was just relieved we found a spot within easy walking distance. We arrived a few minutes late unfortunately and the lights were already a little dim so I couldn't see the place as well as I wanted. Our tickets and IDs were checked as we walked in. The venue is located on the second floor above another business. The steps are a little steep to watch your heels if you're wearing them! Inside there's a small stage and a nice bar. Seating is pretty limited but for our concert the vibe was definitely super high energy/party focused so we didn't mind standing up to bounce and dance to the music. The bar has a nice array of specialty cocktails. I was very impressed with the bartender, Marc, who was attentive, fun, and hardworking. He even went out of his way to help the performer when a few small details went awry on the stage. I don't drink super often and what I wound up ordering didn't taste quite like how I'd hoped it would, but I'm more than willing to chalk that up to my relative inexperience and general ambivalence toward alcohol. The sound/acoustics were great and the whole place was bumpin! I would advise bringing ear plugs to protect your hearing if you're headed to a loud concert -- you'll inevitably be fairly close to the performer and therefore it can easily be suuuuuper loud with the mics and amps and whatnot. I had a great time but will try to remember mine next time! The only main drawback was it got hot inside super fast. We stood by the open entryway for much of the conference and even that airflow wasn't enough to keep us from leaving very, very sweaty lol. Bring water! All the spaces have the M.L. vibe, they did not miss a beat there...but what this location does have that others do not is the large-suspended owl in the dining space leading to the patio. Pepper burger, both absolute legends and always delish! I do also enjoy the wings, even though the price of $22 for 12 gives a bit of sticker shock. Recently tried the Brussels and they were tasty as well. Of course, the bar is always on point as well. The taps are flowing and the beers on rotations are always solid. Parking here is plentiful on both sides of the building. As long as you are in and out within 2 hours it is complimentary, but the main lot is a pay lot. Service was great from entry to exit.
