I visited Cyanide Cider as part of the Krampus tour, and was quite surprised. I typically avoid cider because of the sweetness, but they had a blackberry sour that was perfect! Not sweet at all and delicious flavor. I also enjoyed the peppermint mocha. It was sweeter, but still delicious. The staff was a lot of fun on the tour. This little gem opened recently in the Nolensville/Thompson area of South Nashville and host trivia on Friday nights. They have a selection of their ciders brewed on site, and beer brewed off site. My 9 & 11 year olds are welcome and there are things for them to play. Parking probably needs to be explained as the empty lots across the street have signs that they'll tow you and eat your children. New spot off of nolensville pike! Plenty of parking in the front and on the side. I went on a Friday night around 6:30 and it was pleasantly crowded when my group arrived. I don't love cider, but they had some local beer on tap so I tried one of those. My main reason for checking this place out is the food, provided by Birria Babe. I have loved her taco truck for years and was super excited to see her in a brick and mortar location. I didn't realize Birria Babe has more limited hours that Cyanide Cider, but luckily Nadine came around to let everyone know it was last call. I would definitely come back to this spot! read more
