The claim was that they would take care of any issues dealing with the services we got from them. However, when service issues arose and they were called, their response was call Dish or Hughesnet directly- they would do nothing. Final straw was the attempt to cancel our Dish service. Once again, when told by Dish to have the 3rd party provider remove equipment at the antenna, Wirefree refused to do so without additional fees from us. They are useless.

Like using a bad walkie talkie. Was not told of potential latency problems. Finally just cancelled our Internet service too and paid the exit penalty.... $$$$ and found a better alternative. Also when we signed up we were told "You're dealing with us as a local company and you won't have to deal with the support 800 number".... Not true.... WFUSA always just told us to call the 800#. Finally the "25Mbs" speed may technically be true... but the look and feel of the service was far more "sluggish" feeling than other services that were running 8Mbs or less that I've connected to. Even during your "high speed" period.... it was pretty unimpressive.... plus we had a 20G plan and rarely stream movies or anything... and our data was gone in about 10 days... then we dropped to a crawl...... other than that... pretty good.

Internet itself is decent, but if you make a mistake with the bill, they send harassing emails…read moreinstead of polite emails about correcting the issues. It's jarring and causes a lot of stress that they can't communicate in a moderate way about a simple error. I can't wait until I'm in a city where there's actual competition instead of a monopoly on the internet.
