Don't use- contact the provider directly!!- you get nothing for your money. Used this company years ago because of it's 'one stop shop' advertisements for internet and satellite tv access. The claim was that they would take care of any issues dealing with the services we got from them. However, when service issues arose and they were called, their response was call Dish or Hughesnet directly- they would do nothing. Final straw was the attempt to cancel our Dish service. Once again, when told by Dish to have the 3rd party provider remove equipment at the antenna, Wirefree refused to do so without additional fees from us. They are useless. read more

Can't really recommend. Purchased the Hughesnet service with VOIP for phone. Phone service was virtually unusable from the beginning. Horrible latency (delay) in the conversations. Like using a bad walkie talkie. Was not told of potential latency problems. Finally just cancelled our Internet service too and paid the exit penalty.... $$$$ and found a better alternative. Also when we signed up we were told "You're dealing with us as a local company and you won't have to deal with the support 800 number".... Not true.... WFUSA always just told us to call the 800#. Finally the "25Mbs" speed may technically be true... but the look and feel of the service was far more "sluggish" feeling than other services that were running 8Mbs or less that I've connected to. Even during your "high speed" period.... it was pretty unimpressive.... plus we had a 20G plan and rarely stream movies or anything... and our data was gone in about 10 days... then we dropped to a crawl...... other than that... pretty good. read more

WIREFREE USA was amazing! Just had an installation of both Satellite TV and Internet. The sales staff was very informative and easy to work with. The installer did a fabulous job installing and giving us great customer education on how to run the TV and internet. read more

I rarely give poor reviews, but this one is well deserved. These folks, particularly the manager Bill Teevens, are strictly salespeople--and very shady at that. They will tell you all the sales points but not the terms/fine print. Beware. You are entering into a term agreement but will not be told such. And the performance of the providers they represent can be very poor, but Wirefree USA will only give them glowing reviews and will not disclose the common problems and complaints they receive from their locked-in customers. And forget about post-sales support--once the sale is done you're on your own and have to go to the carrier directly to resolve problems. read more

What a terrible company. Save yourself the time and pain and go directly through the provider. Terrible service. Connection took 7 hours and the guy did a shoddy job. Holes all over the house. He basically drilled holes in the wall and stuck a cord through. They were supposed to disconnect us through Directv and didn't. Now we are dealing with major issues of Directv saying we owe them money and since our Centurylink phone service was billed through our Directv bill our phone line has been temporarily disconnected. When I called to ask them if they could help us figure out what was going on with directv and why they haven't received our equipment the rep Sharla said that it wasn't their problem. Why even bother going through this awful company when you can call any of these providers and have them hook you up directly. I thought it would be nice to give a local company my business and boy was I wrong! Save yourself the headache! Buyers beware! read more
