The quote required construction, and we talked to them about what ATT and other telecom services said would need to be done. We were referred to Worldspice, because we wanted a local company with the same capabilities. They came back with an updated quote that was thousands of dollars more than the original bid. At the time of the contract signing, we migrated our IT services (e-mail and hosting) to them. They did not come out to our site to assist with migration, and instead only did phone walkthrough, which took 3 days due to issues with the migration that could have been better completed had they handled it on site and not on the phone with the accounting department. As a logistics company, every second of no e-mail means money lost and customers not being able to reach us. Our staff was friendly, and due to the change in cost, we canceled our contract and began migrating to a different company. The IT team was even less helpful here, and provided the wrong information that later knocked out e-mail offline again. When we called them, they were extremely rude and told us that we are no longer their customer and can't do things for free. However, this was an error on their end that needed to be repaired.

No interruptions, 24/7 customer service, and on the weekends if something didn't look right, they would call me and ask if everything was ok. Who can beat that?

I have experienced a problem with Comcast that may be systemic. Due to a bill exceeding $240, I…read moredecided to cut back. One of my cutbacks involved removing one of my digital boxes, and replacing it with a converter box that only costs $3 per month. I took it to the service center to swap the two boxes, and found that the converter box doesn't work. I took it back, they gave me another one, and it doesn't work. I took it back a third time, and asked them to check it to make sure it works before giving it to me. They told me they could not test it, and gave me a third box. They are obviously recycling bad boxes, I guess hoping that their poor victim will give up or do the testing for them. Comcast is a monopoly, and it has all the bad traits of the US post office when it comes to service. Since one digital box gets you access to Infinity, I've decided to have one digital box with a DVR, and subscribe only to the digital starter package. I use the wireless router to access Netflix and Infinity to order movies or TV shows that I actually want to see.

Comcast xfinity is high as a giraffe's ass! They use Verizon towers and service, and have the nerve…read moreto say they have wired connects that make them more stable. That's a load of crap in todays Tech sector. Verizon has antenna's all over in the majority of the urban areas in the country. So do ATT and TMobile. If you are into wasting money, go with Xfinity comcast. They will also throttle down your mobile service as well. Wireless providers use to have issues with their connections, but not as of 2026, those issues no longer exist. Oh and you don't need a Gig to play games and stream movies guys. 200mbs to 500gbps is well enough to do what you want with out any bottle necks, even in high traffic times. I'm an AI engineer and trust me, many of these companies like Xfinity are getting over.
