Not to mention they installed my ONN box across the street from my house, on a telephone pole, in a way that made it protrude into the street. Vehicles would often sideswipe it and knock out my connection for WEEKS until a repair rep could get out. And they still billed me like I had internet the full month, despite the fact that I lost money since I work from home.

After running a diagnostic test they determined our antenna is bad. We have repeatedly call and left messages with no one ever calling us back. And on the off chance that the call is answered the receptionist always says "oh I'm sorry I forgot to call you back and I'll be in touch once I hear from the owner or a technician." It never happens. They have not reached out even 1 time to fix this issue. It is now the weekend, we will be without internet for 6 days. This is complete BS and I have never had this experience with any internet service we have used. I am about to file a complaint with the BBB, because I can bet on everything that they will 100% still charge us the full amount for this month. They should have sent out a technician the first day we had issues. I think I've been pretty patient the first 3 days but I am beyond angry now, this is completely unacceptable.
