This place is an absolute joke. I went in yesterday to get my commercial account upgraded. They…read morewouldn't allow me to because my license had expired by six days but reassured me if I would go get them renewed, they could service my plan. Keep in mind I live an hour away from the store. I went today and had my license renewed. I came back to the store to which I was denied again saying I had to wait 30 days until the hardcopy of the real ID came in the mail. To assist store managers stood for 20 minutes, telling me they needed a passport from the United States government to service my cell phone plan. I have been with AT&T for 14+ years with my business. This is absolutely unacceptable. I only give a one star rating because there's nothing less and would give a -10 if it were available. Whoever the store manager is at this location, really needs to get a handle on things. There were a couple new employees in training that were super nice and accommodating but overall it is very hard to get help here. I thought it was ironic that the assistant manager said that the only thing they could do was allow me to pay a bill. Maybe they will get a real business plan together soon. I don't know how in the world they keep their clientele.

We show up at 2 and the kid (young Waldo looking kid) when we tell him who we are, proceeds to call my wife by her last name not Mrs, but just her last name. We tell him what we are there for and he is VERY condescending. It's obvious we "old boomers" are interfering in his life. I realize this kid is not the one I need to talk to so I just tell him, "can you go get your manager, I'm not fighting with you". Our total interaction from entering the store to asking for a manager was about 90 seconds. He is gone for 5-8 minutes comes out and says we have to leave or he will call the cops! I said where is the manager, the kid said he is too busy in the back to come out! We left BUT our business is leaving with us. Do all you can to avoid this corporate store.
