I told her it was a Note 9 thinking this would suffice and she doesn't need to touch my phone. She repeated let me see it. I repeated it's a Note 9. She then gets a bad attitude, STARES me down and responds to me with a very nasty tone. I respond by telling her to not get an attitude. Obviously upset I must have been pretty loud because the other customers and salespeople are looking at me. I then go on a rant about the poor customer service in this store each time I come to this particular store. I had even stopped and drove the almost 1 hour to Louisville each time I needed something. My advice to the sales people in this store is that if you don't have the customer service skills - which Kelsey displayed that she does not have - then choose another career field. Nobody wants to pay for service and get treated badly! I DEFINITELY DO NOT AND WILL NOT!! So get it together KELSEY!!!

It's not funny calling customer service won't help you. They will not speak to customer service even if you have them on the phone standing in front of them. and somebody why I was in there buying the phone had $100 stolen from them from one of the employees and the phone that wasn't even registered. give me back a receipt they said would be mine that they reprinted off. They gave me somebody else's receipt with all their information. Pretty sure that's a violation. This whole store needs to be swept clean and the district manager needs to be fired and replaced. Horrible experience. Dropped off my pc for diagnostic and cleaning. Was told it would be 1-2 days…read morefor this. For 2 days I tried calling multiple times each day and received no answer. 3rd day I am told I need a new cpu and the cleaning work was done. I go retrieve my pc and take it to best buy for them to install a new cpu. Thankfully best buy ran a diagnostic and discovered I didn't need a cpu, just some thermal paste. The pc was only partially.started on the cleaning process at break. Very disappointed. Oh and website says free diagnostic but I was charged $50.​​
