Their driver Tuffa is a really terrific guy. He is always on time for pickup, is super friendly, and seems to truly care about the kids. Shuttling around a busload of high schoolers every day can't be the easiest job, but he seems to really enjoy it. I feel my kids are in good hands when I drop them off each morning. He definitely represents the bus company well.

    We really liked the price of this shuttle company for our wedding…read more Unfortunately, their policy is that the shuttle driver should listen to the people riding the shuttle (guests at the wedding) rather than the previously contracted schedule. When discussing the issue, the company coordinator believes that the riders on the shuttle will know everyone in the wedding and the riders should make the decision on the shuttle timing. However, I do not agree and believe that the shuttle driver should review the schedule and stick to the schedule as contracted. Additionally, this company will only provide the drivers with the pick-up time. This means that the shuttle driver will not always sit for exactly 10 minutes at the pick-up time and may leave shuttle riders stranded if they are running late. All of us, having been to a wedding know that their are wedding guests who are always late. The company coordinator and I could not come to an agreement over the fact that a more specific schedule could have corrected this issue. Or that there should be a policy, that if a schedule has been provided and shuttle driver must adhere to it.

I found what I thought was a great deal on Amazon local and thought I would give Epic (fail) sedan a try. I made the reservations per the amazon local instructions which specifically stated a single reservation (remember this). So when we head out for our trip on Monday we are scheduled for a 7:15 pick up. Let's just say since you can't reach anyone real time just phone tree we got lucky when the driver who was on the phone tree thought he was close enough to call us as his phone only had 5% and he forgot the car charger. Luckily when he called me back close to 8 am he was not that far away and I could talk him to the house. He was apologetic and I was understanding as we were good on time given that he was dropping us at the door of the terminal. Except for the fact that the SUV only had 31 miles on the range and I know I am 40 miles from the airport. So we had to stop for gas. It was a comedy but we made it. So on the ride we talked about the return pick up and how we were to get in around 6:40 pm and with customs probably be out around 8 pm. I asked who might be picking us up and he mentioned it maybe him and he was the owner but someone else might have us. SO THIS WAS NO SURPRISE THAT WE WERE COMING BACK IN A WEEK AND IT WAS RIGHT ON THE RESERVATION. YOU KNOW THE SINGLE RESERVATION. So when we get back through customs early I make a phone call to tell them we're ready to get picked up. So first thing it's no answer and it goes to dispatch. I had to make a second call as they didn't call me back in 15 minutes like the recording says. The guy proceeds to tell me he would call me back. Notice he doesn't tell me his name. He calls me back in a few minutes and then proceeds to tell me that we did not have a return reservation and he did not have a vehicle available come pick us up. 'You see you had to make a return reservation in addition to the getting to the airport reservation.' I am looking at the reservation on my phone and all of the info is there. But he goes on about it's my problem. 'Take a cab and we will take you to the airport another time'. After really just venting over the crappy service he just hangs up. So I call Amazon local and request my refund. And call my family to come get us. What a FAIL.

Booked a drop off at the airport and a pick up two weeks later. I called the morning of the first leg to confirm. The owner told me to ask for a refund from Living Social (because they won't pay him, he said) and to pay him directly the amount offered in the Living Social deal. I reluctantly agreed but I should have seen it all going downhill at this point. I now suspect that many customers have had problems with Epic Sedan and that's why he's having problems getting payment from Living Social. In the first trip, the driver made no effort to help us with our bags, there was another person in the car to whom we were not introduced so we did not know if he was a passenger or a company employee. So we felt like we couldn't talk about any private matters as we did not know who he was. Turned out he was a trainee. The vehicle was a 10-year old, rattling SUV rather than a roomy sedan. I sat behind the driver and wound up with a cramp in my thigh due to lack of leg room. When we arrived, we were asked to sign an invoice that was overcharging us for the return trip in two weeks. One "extra charge" item was because, in the owner's judgement, we would only be available for pickup just after midnight as we would have to wait for checked luggage. This had not been explained to us during the booking process - only once we were already at the airport. The second problem was charging us an extra passenger fee for the return trip. But that extra person was only present on the first trip, not the second. When we got the owner on the phone, he asked the driver how much we tipped him (as if that was the determining factor in whether or not he would correct the invoice). We started our vacation angry and frustrated. On our arrival two weeks later, after 20 hours of flying and layovers, our driver was nowhere to be found. We waited 15 minutes and walked up and down the pickup lane looking for him. I left a message on their 800 number. 10 minutes later I got a call. He asked where we were and then told us the driver would be there in 10 more minutes. I told him if he was not there in 10 minutes we were taking a cab. 15 minutes later, while we were in a cab, the driver called and made excuses. We finally got home 65 minutes after getting our luggage off the carousel. We live 25 minutes from the airport. I paid $55 for a cab after having paid $50 to Epic and not getting picked up. The following day, the owner and I spoke He claimed they have an automated email that goes to the passenger at pickup time providing the driver's mobile number. I pointed out to him that, in my conversation with the driver, he did not seem to know that such an email was provided. The owner told me the drivers "don't have to know that". Long story short, it was just one lame excuse after another and he just laughed at me mockingly on the phone and said that he did not care what I had to say, he was not refunding my money. ----------------------- Update: I posted the above review a few minutes ago and then spotted Amazon Local offering a deal with Epic Sedan (but upon clicking on the deal, it stated, "No longer available"). I called Amazon and briefly warned them about Epic. After a few minutes the rep came back on the phone and told me they shut down that deal after numerous complaints from customers. She thanked me for having alerted them but they were already aware. She said they may also be operating under the name "Black Car".
