Whilst there is no onsite parking, there is a parking lot just a 5 minute walk away which is fairly cheap and definitely worth it for a trip here. There's a huge park outside and area to walk around in where the centre is, as well as plenty of eateries if you get hungry after a swim sesh! The swimming pool is fantastic. There's a diving board, slide, swing rope and a hot tub as well as plenty of floaties and balls to play with. It's super fun with family or friends and even though it can get a little crowded, it's really well managed and has loads of space. The slide only runs at certain times so do watch out for that one! The changing rooms are also really nice and clean with plenty of lockers and private spaces. They are mixed. Overall a really great place for a fun day out!

When it came time to receive our spa they coordinated directly with our contractor for easy delivery. Can't say enough good things about this company. If you're looking for unique and high end spas, this is your best option in my opinion. I will note that while located in Canada they do deliver to the USA without a problem. You will have to pay the import duty tax which they lay out in the cost. If purchasing in the US, they only accept a cash transfer from your bank. If you haven't done that before it can be a stressful process. Again, Immerspa makes it easy.

Also covers do not always adapt to the size/shape of every spa; they glued the clips to the stone to use with the ties; the glue is yellow and it looks like puke right on top of the stone. They do not inform well how to control the remote settings, and have low skilled subcontractors installing their spas. I would not order again. You are on your own resolving many issues around it.

But instead of apologizing and replacing the unit the staff and owner of this company gave us the runaround on the return until we finally had to take it up with our credit card company. My experience is that Saunafin was not willing to take any responsibility for defective parts, and there are many parts to a sauna kit. I would personally steer you to a company that stands by their product as there are many others out there to choose from and the point of having a sauna is to relieve stress not cause it!
