For $19.99, you can do the online class. It is a bunch of reading, a 3 question quiz after each chapter, and a 20 question test at the end that you must score at least 70% on. He was able to complete the whole course in under an hour and scored 100% on all quizzes and the final test. Highly recommend for those comfortable with online learning!

If you want to be made fun of for asking questions (which is their job to answer), by all means, come to place. If you're looking for genuine kind and good service, don't come here. To the male staff, one day you will be old and confused. You will ask questions and won't have the working capacity of a sharp minded person anymore. Treat everyone with respect because one day, you will be in her shoes. Or better yet, treat everyone with respect because it's simply the normal thing to do rather than acting like a child.

I'm in Alaska so you may run into similar situations which is that Alaska law mandates that online training be verified by an individual. So when taking the final exam, you will need to go into a UPS store or the library. The person there will need to verify your ID - this is NOT a scam (as I first thought) - this is a process but well worth it, as you'll have to do it for any online course you take. These guys were uber professional, very responsive, accommodating and came up with solutions to get me through the exam. Hes been working with my externship coordinator making sure I am in the right office for me and progressing.
