Brought my car in for an alignment. Got the alignment done, car still pulled. Brought it back, got it re-aligned, this time my steering wheel didn't even sit straight. The third time I brought it back after scheduling an appointment I was denied after driving 20 minutes to the location. The 4th time I brought it in they showed me the print out and guaranteed it was aligned properly. It still pulled. They swapped 2 tires thinking that was the issue. It wasn't. I just got it aligned elsewhere but it cost me a $200 diagnostic fee. So this location cost me over $300 and never fixed my problem and wastes about 6 hours of my life. The alignment machine is not working. The guys are nice enough though. read more

Horrible services on this location i took my truck to put some new tires and they only put 3 because they broke 1 lock in one of the wheels and then they told me that it was like that when i got there so they just threw the 4th tire in the back of the truck and i told them just put my tires back im not going to take it like that and they said that they can't put does tires back because they where not good because its dangers to drive with does tires so if its dangers why i have to drive my truck with one bad tire and with a broken lug nut that i had a hard time taking in it out keep away from this trash company read more

I called to see if I needed to make an appointment, because I've heard this place is notoriously busy. A gentleman named Dario answered with a very upbeat voice and told me to come on it since there was no wait. He got my name & car information so he could start the paperwork before I arrived. He ended the call saying "I will keep an eye out for you" In that moment, I expected to walk in looking lost and say "I'm looking for Dario?" then be greeted with that same upbeat voice after asking for him by name. What I didn't expect was to park my car and quickly throw my miscellaneous items into the glove box then turn around to see him standing outside in the rain next to my window with a huge smile. When I tell you my soul left my body, I let out a scream and he started laughing. He apologized for startling me and simply said "I told you I would keep an eye out for you!" He scanned my wheels and agreed it was good I came in when I did as my tires were in bad shape. He brought me to the computer and asked if I had any particular tires in mind. I told him I had no preference so he asked about my driving habits. He suggested the "middle of the road" tired that are affordable & reliable with a mail in rebate. He explained since I'm a causal driver, I don't need the most expensive tires unless I specifically want that brand. He gave me a few more options and did the math after mail in rebates, etc and showed me the comparison in tire performance. Being a female in a male- dominated field, I despise bringing my car in to get serviced (hence waiting for wires to be poking out of my wheels before I finally broke down and brought it in). Thankfully, I didn't feel like Dario was trying to scam me or sell me unnecessary items. When he asked about the wipers, I said I couldn't remember when I replaced them last and that they only leave one small streak in my eyesight. We both joked about leaving back in my chair to avoid that one spot of smearing. He didn't push me to get new wipers, simply told me they have a sale going on and told me the price for all three wipers. It's not common for me to feel relaxed and comfortable getting my car fixed. Even oil changes feel like I'm fighting to convince the people to just change my oil and not upsell me. Today I felt very comfortable knowing my tires were getting replaced without a fight and without being pressured to buy the best tires out there. They also offer a certificate for a small price that will guarantee the life of the tire & if you get a flat or a nail in the tire, they will replace it for free. I will only return to this specific location for all my future tire needs. Not only were they friendly and understanding, they were very efficient in replacing my wheels. I arrived at 9:54 am and discussed which wheels I wanted. I paid for the new tires and my car was taken back at 10:01am. My car was completed and I left the store at 10:27am - less than 40 minutes from the time I parked to the time I had paid & had all 4 tires replaced. read more

Giovanni has given me and my wife the worst experience ever, by lying to us and using guilt to try and make a quick buck.I cannot believe this happened to us i have always trusted Discount for all of my family's tire needs. We scheduled an appointment to do a routine balance and had to cancel the appt after arguing with the above mentioned worker.After going to Ancira Chevrolet i spoke to an engineer and 2 certified mechanics that said Giovanni lied to my wife and I,he was told no! Three times by me and continued to argue with me. Please have him mop the floors or clean the tire machines,but do not let him talk to the customers.I will now drive across town to another Discount to service my vehicle's because of Giovanni i am disappointed in management for not catching this and retraining this person. read more

These guys really saved me! I had a major blowout on the highway. I called to see if they had the tire I needed. They didn't, but they checked their warehouse and had it brought over that evening. My tow truck took much longer than expected and I got there after they closed. But they were still working on a couple of cars and said they would squeeze me in before they turned the lights out. Went in to get an extra wheel lock off that was put in when I purchased my rims and tires from them because I could not get my tires rotated if I did not have the extra wheel lock that I needed that I didn't get in the first place. It looked like it was going to go south but Jesse stepped in and took care of it for me and was careful with my rims. I usually come upon horrible customer service at any place you go to now but not Jesse. I can't say enough good things about the man. If he's not the manager of the whole store he should be. This place has horrible customer service. I got my car done in December and my tire fell off this month due to the nuts being over torqued they don't wanna take responsibility and fix the damages will be taking legal action. Can't let businesses like this. Keep screwing the little man. read more

I love Discount tire so much. Anytime I am ever in a jam they are always super helpful and can get me in without a problem. Today was one of those days. I'm headed out of town tomorrow and found a screw in my tire this evening. I called and they said if I can get there by the 6:00 closing time they'll still work on it. On top of that they patch tires for free and there's nothing out of pocket for me. This store really took care of my wife and I. We got new rims and tires on both our vehicles. The server ice was amazing and the attention to detail was top knotch . We were originally going to get everything done the same day but had to go back and schedule for the next day. They worked with my schedule and when I showed up they made us a top priority. Call outs: Tech Cruz- did a fit it on my truck first to ensure things would line up properly. He was informative and walked me through everything. He showed superior knowledge and took pride in his service. ABRAHAM R PEREZ- my sales person was very good. Absolutely terrible. I came in for a change of one tire and they told me it would be $359 the cheapest price. Then I asked them to put the spare on and it took 3 hours. When I finally got my car back, my steering wheel cover was covered in dirt and can't be cleaned. Overall bad service. read more

I cant say enough good things about my experience at Discount Tire today... was met halfway to the door by a friendly energetic rep who quickly made my tire problem his problem to fix. Comfy waiting area that wasnt overfilled with new tires and the choking smell they give off. Every staff member was spot on with courtesy and, from what I experienced and witnessed, the best Customer Service. They kept me appraised of my vehicles progress and in less than an hour the Tech came and got me. Told me everything he had done to diagnose the problem, that had indeed found a nail inside that Walmart had failed to find the day before, and that he had fixed it and even replaced the valve in the stem to make sure it was good to go. Incredible service at this location! The employees are very nice and helpful. Every time I've been here, it's been very busy but they do a pretty good job keeping up with the amount of customers that walk through the door. My most recent experience is one I will always be thankful for because it really showed me how much attention the technicians give to the vehicles they tend to. I had a couple of tires that needed to be replaced on my fifth wheel (it has 3 axles), one tire had blown out and the other had caught a big screw - both were on the right side of the fifth wheel. It had been a very busy week for me and I was so focused on the right side that I hadn't looked at the left side. The technician pointed out that a couple of the tires on the left were not safe and when I went over to check them out, all I could think of was that I'm SO lucky I didn't have more tire issues on the night I had the blowout. The two tires he identified, had started to separate from the inside out! The tires were barely an inch from touching each other (the axles were straight). As I pulled the fifth wheel through the parking lot around to the bay, the tires touched and rubbed each other and left skid marks thru every left hand turn! Can you imagine that happening on the road at higher speeds?! The last time I bought tires was with Discount Tires and I was impressed with their services and the fact they lived up to their name of Discount Tires. On this particular I was looking for some 18 inch tires and I narrowed my search down to three particular brands. In my search only Discount Tire had one of the brands actually in stock that three other tire places did not have. So off I went to purchase four Yokohama tires. I found through the Discount Tire website that the closest store had these tires. I called to verify the day before that they were indeed in stock and made an appointment the next day. Best part about it was that the tires came in $30 cheaper each than the competitors who had to order them. The day of my appointment there was a deluge and flash flooding. I was very surprised to hear that all employees were there that day and even more surprised to see them holding umbrellas for customers. To replace all my tires I was only in there for about 90 minutes. Trust me even with the bad weather this place was packed up with those with appointments and people who found issues as they were driving and decided to stop in. I am very pleased with the service and selection of tires available to get me back on the road driving with more confidence and safety. read more
