Okay so I had bought a new set of rims for my car online and when they arrived I ordered a new set of tires to go on them from Discount Tire, unfortunately during my appointment they inform me that the rims that I had bought would not fit properly and they would hit the caliper if I use. So I told them okay well I'll just have to come back with some rims that will fit and they said they would hang on to my tires until I came back but before I left they showed me a rim that they had there in stock that was black like the ones I brought in and wanted to know if I wanted to buy them but I told him no cuz I didn't like the way the design looked. So I ended up going on Discount Tire website and ordering a set of rims from them and then make it an appointment again to go in and have those rims and tires installed, so that's what I did and when they were finished and drove my car out I'm not sure how I didn't notice immediately but I did notice something didn't seem right and after getting home and parking in the driveway I brought up my purchase confirmation to look at the rims that I bought and wouldn't you know it they installed the wrong rims! To make things worse the rims that they did put on were the same ones they tried to sell me on my last visit which made me sneakily suspicious that they may have done this intentionally, anyways I called them and told them and they apologized and told me they had the rims that I bought there and they mixed them up I don't understand how that could possibly happen in my pics all include what each room looked like, they told me I could come back immediately and they'll get me right in but I told him I wouldn't be able to get back in until the next day which is what I did and when I arrived I let them know who I was and what happened and I still had to wait in line behind like seven people which is ridiculous after the mistake they made. I did get my new rims installed with my new tires and they look awesome but this was a hassle I'm not sure if I would return to this location or not honestly read more

Discount Tire - Tires Near Me - Lake Worth, Texas

Discount Tire in Lake Worth Tx. is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I went there for tire repair, I had an appointment, sit and waited more than 2 hours, finally after 2.5 hours I was told having an appointment didn't carry any weight with getting waited on. I ask for my keys and left. I will never go there again. read more

Why would you go anywhere else for tire repairs? This place is literally the best. People have bad days, but the employees never show it. They are top notch with customer service and getting you out on time. Recommend 100%. read more

After having to come back to this location for the 4th time in three weeks, the workers were very eager to make amends. Everyone was willing to help me and felt sorry that I have to come back a 4th time. They only took 30 minutes to repair my tire and they waived the labor fee as well. People make mistakes, but when you give them a chance, they are happy to not only fix it but to do so happily. That's what counts. read more

They work very fast my appointment was at 9am and my car was done by 9:20!! I was expecting to be waiting at least an hour so it was a good experience! read more

You have to wait in your car until they come out to you which is fine but hang a sign somewhere so customers know what to expect. Brought in my Audi TT tire as it had a screw in it. While fixing they lost my chrome valve stem and put a black plastic valve stem back on and instead of re-balancing with black weights as my wheels are black they used silver. They didn't remove the old glue so you can see where the old weight was. I wouldn't take a high end car or tire here. If you don't care about your car or how it looks this is the place for you. read more

I pulled in to have the air checked in my tires and multiple guys, including a manager just looked at me. No one approached the car or offered to help, or said they would be right with me. Just glared. I finally got out and asked for help and the manager said very rudely - they are all busy and will get to me. That's fine - but instead of glaring at me while you tape a box, maybe let your customer know what is happening. I go to the NRH Discount Tire all the time and they are amazing. This is ridiculous. I am also still sitting here. read more

Took my truck in for a tire repair. My wedding ring and military first aid kit was stolen from my truck.

Everyone's always polite and they actually honor appointments that you make in advance, even on saturdays when they're busiest. Time estimates given to me have always been generally accurate, and I don't feel like they upsell or treat me any differently as a female taking my car in alone. read more

There should be a zero star rating. I sent my son up to this location to have some specialty tires mounted and balanced. This location tried to charge my son $44 dollars per tire to mount and balance them - $176 JUST TO MOUNT AND BALANCE. I called and spoke to the store manager Mark, who proceeded to tap dance and act like I was an idiot after trying to rip off my son. He took the tires and wheels to #texastire where he was treated with respect and charged $25 bucks per tire. Discount, you have lost a long time customer. Bought some wheels and tires through them after they matched a set I had found online. Gage and Jarred helped me tremendously through my time there and would recommend this location to anyone!! I've been a customer at discount tire for many years at various locations and have never been disappointed by the service or reps/technicians but this time they went above and beyond to make sure wheels fit and it was what I wanted!! Great job to all, store manager and rest of employees as well and thanks again to Gage and Jarred for making sure my Camaro was set up! read more

I went to Discount tires to get my tire fixed. Ryan, and his whole crew. (I hope that I have his name right. (the handsome gentleman with red hair). All of the men that day were very friendly, professional, kind, and very helpful. They fixed my tire for free. It seemed like they all enjoyed their jobs and enjoy helping people. There was great customer service from all of them. I thank you all, and thank you for making my day brighter Keep up the good work! read more

I'm all for discount but I would not use this location. Came in because there was a vibration in my front end, thought I needed tires balanced. Ended up buying two new tires and the old ones balanced and rotated to the front only to leave and find the vibration was worse. Went back and was given a coupon for an alignment. Took the car to a shop where I spent $125 for them to tell me that the tire they rotated forward was separated and causing the wobble. I also was without a car for 5 days and rentals aren't cheap. Came back to this discount and asked the same guy about how they missed that if they balanced the tired and he came across with a very idc attitude , no apology, no offer to make things right. I was seriously disappointed in this location. read more

Went to get a new tire loved their service also very professional and friendly Thank you Christian for helping me

SCAM!!!! Do not buy from this shop, they tried to scam my elderly mother into buying all 4 new tires when she only needed one. She got a flat on her conversion van and took the tire in for a repair/replacement. They flat out lied to her and said she had the wrong tires on her van and could'nt sell her one, that she had to buy all 4 new tires. Luckily she didn't take their word for it and called the dealership she bought the van from to confirm. This is absolutely unacceptable trying to take advantage of the elderly!! Discount tires has lost my business! read more

Had a bubble on my tire. First location (camp Bowie) directed me to the Jacksboro hwy location at 3:30 on Saturday due to size of tire. Waited 1.5 hrs and it was replaced! Nice salesman too. read more

Had an appointment, got there admittadly 7 minutes late due to traffic, had to wait in line and when I got to the counter they told me I missed my appointment and it would be 2 hour wait. Best Discount Tire in DFW! There's a reason this place has so many 5-Star reviews. And I'm beginning to believe it's people like Jeff who make this place tick! From the start to the finish Jeff took care of me. If you have a high end car you definitely need Jeff to take care of it. When I arrived Jeff had Gage and Emilano work on my Corvette. They both were very professional and laser focused on changing out my tires and wheels. My black wheels didn't get a single scratch when they installed them. You can completely trust this place if Jeff is the lead. I can't say anything but Phenomenal Job! Discount Tire is the only place I'd ever let touch my Corvette tires and wheels. Thank you! read more

Walked in to get my tires rotated. Awesome customer service. Cody assisted me and answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable associate. In and out within minutes. read more

They will tell you you will be done in 30 minutes and then keep you sitting there all day.

Took a warrantied tire to have it replaced. Greg was a nasty person and argumentative to me and another employee at a store in Florida. Very unprofessional and made threats to void warranty or make us purchase additional warranties on the same tire. Tire replaced had less than 2k miles at time of tire blow out. Apparently he does not know his head from his ass and is unaware that a DOT lot number is on each tire. read more

Marc is an absolute piece of shit human being. I asked for an air check because I had a flat tire on a trailer. He said I would have to get in the 2 hour wait line. I explained that I work at a different discount tir 4 hours away. He said I could use their machine if I could prove that I did in fact work there. I said can you call Marc (Short for Marcus) at the Longview location. He said his name is not Marc. And assumed I was lying because I didn't realize his name was Marc also. read more

I'm really torn... we've purchased a new set of tires at this location and had great service etc. people are always friendly. However, today we went in to get just tires mounted. They're 35s so we expected it to be more expensive than if we had little donut tires, but the rough price quoted was $300. I asked if they still do military discounts and they said they don't do discounts on labor only... no problem. I get it (kinda). After doing some research and calling around to other shops, we found that this particular discount tire was charging more than others around. We also learned that industry standards are roughly $50 per tire for the size we were doing. Pretty shocking to think that we almost let discount tire charge us over $300... just food for thought and something to keep in mind. Never hurts to get a second opinion. read more

This was my first time visiting this location. Upon entering the shop, all of the staff was super friendly and acknowledged and thanked each customer that came through the door. Wade was the salesperson that waited on me. I came in for a tire rotation/balance. He checked my tires for problems and went the extra mile of pricing a replacement centerpiece for one of my tire rims. Will definitely come back to this location. read more

Had a blowout on the side the road today. got to discount and told them about my tire warranty. they were awesome.

I have used Discount Tire Lake Worth for several years with good service. On Friday 10-17-2019 I left my Tacoma at Discount Tire Lake Worth to get a nail removed from one of my tires. Driving home, after the repair it felt strange, it was riding rough. My tires are rated 35lbs max pressure. The tire that they repaired had 45lbs in it, and the paint on the wheel was damaged in several places. The damage was not there before they worked on it. I will not return to this Discount Tire location. read more

Went to get my tires rotated and a hole fixed. Thought everything was great until a whole month later and It's cold out so Im trying to put air In my tires but I can't put air in one because some genius over here at discount tire put my wheel cover on wrong. I'm pissed. What the fuck seriously? Is there a reason you guys put it on wrong or what??? because it obviously has an open spot on the cover specifically for the stem. read more

Exceptional bad weather service. My truck was towed to my preferred location in the rain. The tire was destroyed. The Discount Tire team was effective and efficient. In fact they removed the damaged wheel outside for repair. My truck was then driven in the shop to professionally to finish the scope. The repaired vehicle was ready on time. I was fully satisfied with the completed project. My expectations were exceeded. Great value. Highly recommended. Thanks team. read more

I ordered a set of stagered tires for my 73 model car, and was very specific to Keegan that I wanted the same tire all around (just different size). He said he would call me when ready (they had to ordered them) , and he never did. Next day I call and I'm told they're ready to go. When I get there, I find out that he installed 2 set of different tires. So I told them to take them out. They offered to get me another matching set for the same price, so I accepted (shame on me for trusting them). So guess what? I come to pick them up, and yes they are all the same, BUT, they where all different size from what I ordered. Obviously I instructed them to remove the tires and refund my money. In another store they pulled the same move on my 19 year old stepson in selling him 2 different brand of rear tires for his C6 corvette. All they want is your money and they are assuming that onced installed you will take them, even though is not what you wanted. Never ever will I come back. Worst scam practices from a business towards customers. read more

After 3 visits to Kia and a rear tire that still keeps going flat, I finally just about had it. Kia was driving me nuts. "We didn't see anything wrong with it, it should be fine." Oh really? Is that why I have to fill my tire with air every other day? Ugh, I hate you. Took my car into trusty ole Discount Tire since well, they were the only place I could think of. 20 minutes later, one nail removed, and $0 to pay led to a very pleased Katherine. I was shocked that I was not charged anything and the customer service was so friendly! Props to these guys for still having a genuine (at least looking) smile on their face when I came in 30 minutes before closing on a Friday when it's 100+ outside. Thank you thank you thank you! I'm definitely coming back if any of my little wheelies are feeling low. read more

Absolutely can not believe this place. Scratched my wheels the first time I came. I only had the car for 3 months and their machine or whatever tool they use left a big long scratch around the edge of two of my wheels. The manager offered to send my wheels off but that would require me having to leave my car over night and them sending the wheels off to get fixed. I gave this place another chance hoping they wouldn't do it again, big mistake! Came back to do the other two wheels and I even mentioned what had happened last time and asked that they please be more careful. The guy assured me that they wouldn't scratch my wheels. Well sure enough they did once again, both wheels. Never again will I give this place my business. Absolutely done with them. read more
