You have to wait in your car until they come out to you which is fine but hang a sign somewhere so customers know what to expect. Brought in my Audi TT tire as it had a screw in it. While fixing they lost my chrome valve stem and put a black plastic valve stem back on and instead of re-balancing with black weights as my wheels are black they used silver. They didn't remove the old glue so you can see where the old weight was. I wouldn't take a high end car or tire here. This location tried to charge my son $44 dollars per tire to mount and balance them - $176 JUST TO MOUNT AND BALANCE. I'm all for discount but I would not use this location. Came in because there was a vibration in my front end, thought I needed tires balanced. Ended up buying two new tires and the old ones balanced and rotated to the front only to leave and find the vibration was worse. Went back and was given a coupon for an alignment. Took the car to a shop where I spent $125 for them to tell me that the tire they rotated forward was separated and causing the wobble. I also was without a car for 5 days and rentals aren't cheap. Came back to this discount and asked the same guy about how they missed that if they balanced the tired and he came across with a very idc attitude , no apology, no offer to make things right. Very unprofessional and made threats to void warranty or make us purchase additional warranties on the same tire. Tire replaced had less than 2k miles at time of tire blow out. I'm really torn... we've purchased a new set of tires at this location and had great service etc. people are always friendly. However, today we went in to get just tires mounted. They're 35s so we expected it to be more expensive than if we had little donut tires, but the rough price quoted was $300. I asked if they still do military discounts and they said they don't do discounts on labor only... no problem. I get it (kinda). After doing some research and calling around to other shops, we found that this particular discount tire was charging more than others around. We also learned that industry standards are roughly $50 per tire for the size we were doing. I have used Discount Tire Lake Worth for several years with good service. On Friday 10-17-2019 I left my Tacoma at Discount Tire Lake Worth to get a nail removed from one of my tires. Driving home, after the repair it felt strange, it was riding rough. My tires are rated 35lbs max pressure. The tire that they repaired had 45lbs in it, and the paint on the wheel was damaged in several places. The damage was not there before they worked on it. I only had the car for 3 months and their machine or whatever tool they use left a big long scratch around the edge of two of my wheels.
