When I picked up my six shoes, the leather uppers were scuffed, there was glue on the leather, the new rubber soles had residual glue not wiped off, and had been cut a little too much. I took them back and waited in the lobby for them. I imagine whoever worked on them was in a rush, tired or blind because the shoes came back looking pretty much the same. I didn't bother asking to finish the shoe as it was already pointless with my two attempts at getting the shoes decent. I needed a very simple stitch on lace to make garters and they charged me $8 each aka $72 - I could have easily bought these new for that! They never call you to let you know that your stuff is ready (for my wedding dress she delayed it several times and I wasted a lot of time coming in for a dress that wasn't ready) and you have to call them.
