Whoever they were facetiming with, I'm assuming their manager, really made the situation horrible. First off, we were quoted $109 for 1/8 of a truck. They showed up with what looked like a U-Haul trailer instead of a truck, and it was already mostly full. I stated when I booked my appointment that I had 2 trash cans of construction debris that needed to be emptied, along with other items we needed hauled away. It was not a lot of stuff. The manager looked at our junk pile (facetime) and raised the price to over $200, then they refused to take the construction debris which is why I called in the first place. My wife convinced them to take one container, but they would only do so if we allowed them to take our garbage can along with the debris. Not a good experience, I should have read the reviews before booking them.

It took them 4+ trips to my location to work on the problem and they never truly corrected the issue. The next contractor we called identified and resolved the solution in nearly 30 minutes and was much more professional. While Roto Rooter seems to be available most times of day, it may not be a positive experience based on my personal interactions. I ended up having to spend over $1000+ on Roto Rooter and the final problem was not even fixed.
