They sent a text message saying that their crew was involved in a car accident and needed to go to the emergency room! They asked me to reschedule to a different day (reading other reviews, I see this excuse was used in the past) Because I have family coming from out of town, in two days, I needed to find another cleaning service at the last minute! It turned out to be a huge inconvenience for me. I was disappointed, inconvenienced, and I have lost trust in them. I would look elsewhere.

I hired Loyalty Cleaning & Management for few months already and finally write them a review now…read more As we were moving out and selling our old house, searching online and found them, I called Eric for a few times and we couldn't reach each other at first, but I was glad I reached him finally. Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.

A resounding 5 stars for a cleaning service that I'll definitely be using in the future…read more I am selling my home and my realtor recommended I use America Home Services (Martha, specifically), to clean the house before we start showing it. Now, I keep a pretty clean house, but holy cow do they get every single spot! Martha set up a walk-thru to give me an estimate on the cost to clean the whole house. I gave her super short notice, but she and a few helpers came within a day. Martha was warm, professional, and had a great energy. She and her team all wore masks (as did I) and she went room to room to make sure she knew what I was looking for. I had no idea how much dust had settled in every nook and cranny of every door and baseboard, but Martha showed me and she included all of that in the estimate. In the end, she gave me a very reasonable quote and scheduled me for the following day. I got a text the day-of the cleaning to let me know they were on their way, so I left to work elsewhere. I was given two choices of scents and went with lavender (LOVE that they were proactive in asking!). When they were done, I got a call to quickly go over the one area where they had a hard time cleaning and it was almost perfect, but not completely perfect. I really appreciated how proactive they were in letting me know, and truth be told, had I gotten home I wouldn't have even noticed (it was such a slight difference). Overall, we were soooo pleased with the cleaning and the house showed beautifully. I will absolutely be turning to America Home Services in the future as they were communicative, and very professional!

They dug in and started cleaning right away. This was back in February 2019-I'm just a tad slow with this review. The team did the best cleaning job ever! My floors looked beautiful-everything was dusted and cleaned. When they say they clean top to bottom they mean it. Starting with ceiling fans, top of fridge, top of cabinets and then everything else. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their place or business cleaned up. Going to be calling them soon to rescue me again with much needed window cleaning and power washing the roof, house, and driveway.

Jenny brought up a discount if my house was clean enough and "up to her standards" since I had a cleaning service until the week prior. The amount for the service was a little unclear, but I felt I had a ball park figure and it would be ironed out wjen we met face to face. Jenny checked in with me the day prior as a reminder, to ensure everything was still ok to proceed. Three ladies arrived on time and began cleaning. Jenny arrived shortly after to look over my residence, we discussed doing our dishes this time and as part of our re-occuring service. Jenny told me that my house was very neat and tidy, then gave me a price that did not reflect any discount. The ladies did clean for 3 hours. I returned home and the ladies had already left. I found a sink full of dirty dishes (which was discussed to be done), none of our 5 ceiling fans were dusted, our garbage can was empty but no trash liner was replaced (which we had a large box of bags directly next to the trash can), two of the small bedroom trash can liners had large holes exposing the entire bottom of the trash can, a paper shredder bin next to our computer desk was not emptied and our couches were not wiped down. I contacted Jenny about these issues. She said she would discuss this with her workers. I waited the rest of the day and evening to hear a response, but did not receive one. Ater arriving home, my wife was very upset with paying the amount we did and receiving such poor attention to detail. We have had a cleaning service for over 2 years and have never experienced anything close to these issues, lack of communication if deficiencies were communicated and such a high price point for sub-standard work. I took several photos of the items listed above and sent them to Jenny with no response. If I were looking for a thorough cleaning service, with excellent customer service and at a reasonable price I would look elsewhere. I really wanted to like Jenny and Zen Clean Solutions, but they missed the mark by a long shot!
