My call to schedule the clean was answered on my first try and the man I spoke with was professional and courteous. I scheduled the full house move in/move out clean for a few days later. Two cleaners arrived right on time armed with all the supplies they'd need. The ladies were friendly and hard working. It took nearly 4 hours to scrub my 1400sqft home but they didn't complain at all and even laughed with me at some weird grime left by the previous owners. I was charged exactly as quoted, about $300ish (I forget exactly). I would absolutely recommend Two Maids & a Mop to everyone looking for a thorough house clean and plan to use them again myself about once a year for annual deep cleaning help.

They did the work well and I am satisfied with that but I was unhappy that she charged me $200 because it was an office and didn't bother to call when she decided to change the price. Most of the place is vacant and I truly feel she overcharged just because it is now zoned as professional office.

I am so sorry to have to write this but it was the absolute worst cleaning ever…read more A construction clean was requested and I was willing to pay the exorbitant price if they provided the promised services. So many things were missed. Sheetrock dust still on cabinets and doors. Closet floors were dirty. Refrigerator still dirty in and out. The cleaning was discussed at length on the phone before scheduling so I felt like it was clear what was expected. When I called with my concerns after the cleaning they offered for the cleaner to come. I sent and list of what needed to be corrected and she was in and out in 10 minutes- did not even look at the list. There was never an offer for a price reduction. I do not recommend!
