After the initial appointment, the next scheduled cleaning was rescheduled twice by the owner on the same day of the appointments due to illness. I was very understanding and flexible each time. On one occasion, I had to reschedule because my car battery unexpectedly died and I was stranded -- I communicated this immediately. When we were finally able to reschedule (over 30 days later), I was informed that I would need to pay the initial service fee again. I respectfully reminded her that the previous delays were largely due to her same-day cancellations, and it did not feel fair for that charge to fall on me. Following that pricing discussion, she canceled the appointment entirely via text and said she did not want to continue services. While she was kind in communication, the overall experience felt unreliable and unprofessional. I'm sharing this so others are aware that last-minute rescheduling and unexpected additional charges may occur. I'm relieved I only paid the initial service fee once, but unfortunately I would not consider this a dependable service.

Within a matter of hours, Hannah and her team had the floors, countertops, bathrooms and kitchen SPARKLING clean! She literally transformed the space with her hard work. The appliances in the kitchen were looking a little worse for wear, and I told my mom she may be better off replacing them. Somehow Hannah was able to get them back to looking like new! Hiring Hannah was easy and efficient - I reached out to her on Yelp and she responded instantly and gave me a price that was more than fair for the amount of work she did. She was able to come exactly when we needed her (which was pretty much right away! :)) and she was great about communication. We will definitely be hiring her again in the future!
