Generally, I think friends, family, and house guests of Mi Amor and I would agree we are neat and tidy people. We first hired Amazing Shine, thinking that they would be a help with the occasional deep cleaning. After just one visit, they brought the meaning of clean to a whole new level. They moved a few things when doing the floors but missed a lot of obviously dirty areas. I paid the $300 before realizing that my home wasn't cleaned. she told her employee that she never received the money which was sent via Zelle to her phone number that she had texted me from and still haven't heard back from her since she told me she'd let me know when she received the money. last I heard, Zelle acct had been hacked. I wouldnt hire this person ever again even if someone else paid for it. She is dishonest and didn't take responsibility for my home not being cleaned properly. She blamed it on her employee but she was at my home too and should have known that I wouldn't be happy with the work that was done. Instead, she left my home knowing that after 1 1/2 hours it wasn't done. So very disappointed.
