One of their dehumidifiers did leak (rare but these things have been known to happen to me!) so they discounted the bill accordingly. I brought them back out when we had another smaller leak in the bathroom and knew I could trust the owner and his son at assessing the damage and they were honest that it wasn't that bad and told it to me straight. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs honest people to repair damage. I've survived hurricanes, a tornado that took our whole home years ago and these are the only ones I'm going to call if anything happens again (which hopefully it doesn't!)
