My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I hired them to clean three rooms of carpet while preparing my home for sale, and it was the worst $110 I've ever spent. The carpets were left soaked--completely drenched--and nothing looked clean. Now I have to pay another company to extract the excess water. To make matters worse, the technician dumped a large amount of dirty, foul smelling water in my driveway. My driveway and the front of my home now smell like sewage, which is unacceptable and has created an additional problem I have to resolve. Update: After speaking with the manager, I was told that because I posted a Google review, they will not refund me or resolve the damage their technician caused. He stated that my review was "trashing the company," and for that reason they refuse to help. This level of unprofessionalism only confirms the poor service I received from the start.

It took nearly 4 hours to scrub my 1400sqft home but they didn't complain at all and even laughed with me at some weird grime left by the previous owners.
