Unfortunately the installers rushed through the install and paid no attention to sloping the gutters. They blamed the roof edge and drip edge (which are straight/level) for the unlevel look. I got out a 4' level and in a couple sections the gutter was out of level by 1/2" over 4' the wrong way and other areas nearly as bad. I pointed out all the areas I was not happy with and they redid those areas somewhat and ended up with very slightly sloped or level gutters. I would not recommend this company - the homeowner should not have to be the inspector/manager/quality-control for this type of work.

**2 stars for the scheduling experience; 5 stars for the installation experience**…read moreWe scheduled Orlando Seamless Gutters to come out and because they had said they'd be here between 9-9:30 and it was almost 10am, I called the office. They said "yep, you're on the schedule for today" so I hung up. A few minutes later, we got a call saying "we won't be able to make it today." My husband insisted on speaking with the owner and the scheduler said Sure, and meanwhile can we get you scheduled for Weds (two days later)? We said Sure. There were a few messages left and back fort but come that Wednesday morning, my husband called in and got through to the owner only come to find out yet another scheduling error had happened-- despite the scheduler saying they'd be there, the owner thought we didn't want to be scheduled until we got in touch with them personally (not what we had said or what was told to us; we were told we're on the schedule for Weds). Owner apologized, but it was odd how poor the communication appeared to be between the scheduler and the owner and back again. we had to reschedule once again; which we did. Rufus and someone else (I believe his name was Kevin) were out here working to make sure our gutters were in tip-top shape. They were both personable and knowledgeable. The estimator recommended one thing; but Rufus indicated that removing the existing screening wasn't needed and they had cleaned it thoroughly and also added a splash guard so our super gutters wouldn't have the rain spillover. Because it hasn't rained heavily since, the result remains to be seen, but they indicated if we aren't happy with everything that they'd come out again and fix whatever was wrong.

Fleming roofing had done work for neighbors and completed several small repairs in different spots…read moreon my deteriorating 38-year-old concrete tile roof over the years. They had always been straightforward and easy to work with as well as reasonably priced. So when it finally became clear that the roof needed to be replaced they were the first company that I considered. However, I also got quotes from 3 other companies. Fleming came in with the next to the lowest quote, and since I was already acquainted with Mike and knew the quality of their work I didn't hesitate to give them the job. Mike made multiple visits to the house to go over the details and explain the order of events. Once we picked the tile it was only a few weeks before they were ready to start. Mike told me that they would start on a Monday and be finished by Friday. Since concrete tile roofs are a big job and I had seen it take weeks for some other houses in the neighborhood to be re-roofed, I didn't think they could possibly complete the work in such a short time. They actually delivered some of the equipment on a Saturday so they were ready to start full speed that next Monday. I commented that the workers had obviously worked together as a team for a long time, because it seemed like a well-organized ballet as the ten or so workers started removing the old tile. During the week they showed up promptly every morning and often worked from 7 AM till 7 PM or so with very little down time. Even the neighbors commented on how polite and pleasant the workers were. A lot of damage to the plywood underlayment and fascia boards was discovered and was quickly taken care of. In spite of the extra problems the job was indeed finished on Friday afternoon and the new roof and skylights looked beautiful. They did a thorough job of cleaning up and removing excess material! We frequently commented on how smoothly the job went and how considerate the workers were. We couldn't be more satisfied with the new roof. I'm hopeful that I will never again need any roof work, but if I do I will certainly call Mike Fleming. I highly recommend Fleming Brothers to anyone in need of roof repairs or a new roof.

I highly recommend Fleming Brothers Roofing for many reasons. Without getting too descriptive, I had my roof replaced only 3 years ago using a different company. You can imagine how shocked I was when I began to see dark spots appearing on my ceiling underneath my skylights SO quickly! Then came Hurricane Milton, and the spots became even worse. I posted in my cities' Facebook page to request a recommendation for roof repairs- at least 15 of the 20 comments highly recommended Mike Fleming with Fleming Brothers Roofing. From start to finish, Mike communicated with me and was always up front. They replaced (very cheap/bad skylights) with skylights of higher quality for a very fair price. They showed up when they said they would, they left no materials behind, and they even made a small repair unrelated for me while up there. Give Mike a call, this business is family owned and operated with morals and honestly.
