This company explicitly states on the invoice that they are giving you a 10 YEAR warranty on Labor installation and 25 YEAR warranty on materials from the manufacturer. The only reason I needed help was for a "waterfall" in the corner of my Porch and Pool bath door --THAT WAS IT. Joey, the owner, convinced me that I needed to spend $1110. to rectify the problem. A day or two after the installation, the problem was STILL there (the waterfall beating down on the pavers every time it rained) so he said he would stop by to resolve it. I was NOT home at the time - however, I could see on my ADT cameras that he had a long aluminum piece (Valley Shield I later found out) he was carrying. It took him literally 1 minute to install it per my ADT camera. It DID resolve the issue of the waterfall so I didnt think much more about it, other than PERHAPS that was ALL that I NEEDED in the First place instead of $1100 worth of aluminum routing ..... So 1 year and half later -- the waterfall in the corner came back AGAIN when it rained. I called and sent a myriad of photos and videos over a 2 month period of time showing Joey and his wife the impact all the water was having on my porch. A lot of stalls and delays from them... He FINALLY showed 2 months and 2 days after my initial request for help --- I was expecting him to HONOR the 10 year labor/25 year materials WARRANTY. He shows up with his men (I guess for "muscle").. I am female and my mom was there as well. HE said the Valley Shield was NO longer there (which was what I had surmised..) So my thought was that he DID NOT attach it properly to begin with since it only took him literally 1 minute to install it -- basically this was a breach of LABOR warranty. He said that the WARRANTY WAS VOIDED because the valley shield came off!!? He said it would be $ 250 DOLLARS to REPLACE THE VALLEY SHIELD (which was NOT properly intalled to BEGIN WITH!) He said he has "never had this happen in 30 years of doing gutters." yeah..right. I would not be at ALL surprised if he has done this many times before! Very unethical business --- very slimy people.... Buyer BEWARE.
