HORRIBLE quality rocks and even worse customer service!!!!…read more Pebble Junction will sell you bad rocks then try to tell you it's your fault. Do not buy from them, go literally anywhere else. I have used multiple other hardscape/landscape suppliers in the area and you will get a much better product that is consistent in quality. I purchased 10 bags of salt and pepper granite from them, and they were caked in mud. I trusted that the product listed on the bag is what was actually in the bag. By the time we got the rocks down, they were still completely caked in mud and unidentifiable. Once we hosed them off we realized they were heavily contaminated with other colors and other types of rock. They looked horrible. It looked like someone just scooped up a bunch of random rocks of all shapes/sizes/colors and bagged them. Not at all what I had ordered. And if I could've seen them in the bag I would've stopped right there. But at this point we had them all down. Even pressure washed them and it just made the differences even more glaring. The only thing worse than the quality of their rocks is their abysmal customer service. I have called at least 4 times now, sent requested email documentation to 2 different people and am being continually stiff armed. I was blamed for not checking the rocks, not noticing beforehand, and laying them on top of old rocks. The old rocks you can't even see in the photos, everything on the top layer is their miscolored mismatched rocks. I was told I needed to talk to a manager to get a resolution yet the manager is magically never there when I call. I even asked to leave my number so she could call me, never did. I called and spoke to someone else who answered and they had no documentation on their end of the issue which leads me to believe absolutely nothing was escalated. Unbelievable. I just want a refund at this point because now I have to labor to remove all of their bad rocks then go buy new ones from a reputable supplier and lay them down again! If a manager would like to finally give me a call to resolve this I would greatly appreciate it. Gina at the front desk has and has had my number for weeks at this point and clearly has done nothing to help me.

Regardless of the circumstances, no employee representing a company should ever behave this way toward the public. THE EMPLOYEE THEN FLED THE SCENE. I hope management takes this situation seriously and addresses the employee's conduct. Professionalism and safety should be a priority for any company, especially when employees are operating marked vehicles.
