Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.

I contacted them to ask for a schedule and was told they would check and get back to me, but they never did. I followed up again and still received no response. Two cleaners arrived right on time armed with all the supplies they'd need. The ladies were friendly and hard working. It took nearly 4 hours to scrub my 1400sqft home but they didn't complain at all and even laughed with me at some weird grime left by the previous owners. I was charged exactly as quoted, about $300ish (I forget exactly). I would absolutely recommend Two Maids & a Mop to everyone looking for a thorough house clean and plan to use them again myself about once a year for annual deep cleaning help.

After I complained, the company admitted that I should not have been charged due to their mistake with failing to cancel my recurring service after I specifically requested cancellation. However, because I did not remove my honest reviews immediately, they went ahead and charged my card a SECOND time anyway. At this point, this goes beyond bad customer service. This feels completely dishonest and retaliatory. No customer should have to deal with poor cleaning, unauthorized charges, and then additional charges after the company already acknowledged fault. Please, whatever you do, DO NOT give this company your card information and do not hire them under any circumstances. There are far better and more trustworthy cleaning companies out there that actually care about their customers and the quality of their work.
