They only clean for three hours, and if you ask them to focus on something like the fridge, they may not properly clean other areas. In my experience, they left my kitchen cabinets, countertops, and bathroom surfaces covered in dust, grease, and dirt. When they finished, they didn't check in with me, the homeowner, to make sure the job met my expectations. Instead of apologizing, the manager dismissed my concerns with a careless response. This is an hourly cleaning service, not a true move-in/move-out cleaning. I regret not taking more photos to show how poorly they cleaned, as I had to spend the night finishing the job for my tenant. They were able to schedule me for the next day and arrived promptly. By the time I returned from my errands and only an hour into their cleaning, I walked into a house smelling like lavender and lemon instead of chemicals and bleach. Right then and there, I knew that I chose the absolute right service. The 2 women cleaning my house were friendly but unobtrusive. detail oriented, thorough and totally on it. The reason why I chose this company in the first place was because of their green and Earth friendly products, which they make themselves! Unbelievably cool! I know I'm possibly geeking out about this fact but I am so committed to being as Earth friendly as possible so finding a company that supports this same value was fabulous. Even if you don't believe in being earth friendly, this company has definitely set the bar for the best cleaning service that exists anywhere I have lived. They're a little pricey but utterly worth every penny!

Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.
