When I spoke with my mother after the cleaning, she told me that her house had never been that clean! According to her, Jon and Yeni are very thorough cleaners and a joy to have in the house. I've been working with Rebecca for over a year now, and I honestly can't imagine our home without…read moreher help. She's incredibly reliable, thorough, and consistently goes the extra mile. One thing that sets Rebecca apart are the special touches she adds. It might be the way she neatly arranges things, dusts somewhere you never thought to dust, or folds toilet tissue like a fancy hotel. Those details make a big difference. She's also fantastic when it comes to tricky cleaning requests. If I ask about something unusual--whether it's a rusty lamp or an HVAC drain--she'll actually research the best cleaning solution and come back with a thoughtful approach. It's clear she takes a lot of pride in doing things the right way. On top of that, she's flexible with scheduling, easy to communicate with, and brings a friendly, upbeat energy. I can confidently say Rebecca is one of the best people you could trust with your home. Highly recommend!

This woman owned business is hands down the only cleaning service I'll use from now on. Do not use these people. I made a appointment for 6/1/25. My roomate with cancer is moving in…read moretoday. These people are corporate. Metrics and money is the most important thing to them. I was quoted $270.00 and the manager took $135 deposit over the phone ahead of time. I was told I'd get more time if needed. While cleaning they took everything down from my bathroom and put it in my bedroom room & cleaned bathroom well. I was then told they will have to leave early and may not finish and still charge the additional $135.00. In the mean time there is a whole lot of junk in my bedroom that the cleaning girls put in there. They did not start the livingroom, kitchen nor the other bathroom. You can not talk to these girls at all because they only listen to their orders from their boss on the phone. After I was notified they were going to leave early. I called the boss and yes I was screaming at him because he was going to charge me $ 135 ( for a total of $270) for unfinsihsed work, so while on the phone the girls just left and quit because they got offened with my anger at there commander. The pictures I posted below is how they left the house. The reason the house was so messy is because I have a major back injury & thats what I hired these people for. They have no ethics. they kept or stole my deposit of $135 after leaving my house like this. As I understand A person can feel tense about screaming at the captian ( the employer) however, I'd like to ask wouldn't you screem if a company was going to charge full price for unfinished work? They quit and they stole the deposit of $135.00 This company has no ethics. Stay away from this company they are bad news.
