We hired their own Go-To Leather Repair Guy who told us the leather was top of the line, but the vinyl backing was super cheap, the manufacturer's do this when discontinuing a product, and the fact that they sold it to us like that was wrong. After spending many thousands of dollars in this store over the last 10 or 15 years it sucks, but I will Never spend my money there again, nor will I continue to send friends and family there.

However they've had seven technicians come out on different occasions most of them said that they installers ran it the wrong way. Finally, they dug underneath my driveway and now they left a 1 inch piece of up in the air with caution tape still nodded around the line. Apparently, the grants that do the digging aren't the ones that do the termination I don't care I've called so many times to get zero response and all I want is for them to do is bury the line. The Internet is fantastic but the customer service when it comes to getting this line out of the middle of my yard is ridiculous and they don't care keep telling you is I'm gonna escalate this one escalate seven of them like can we just bury a line if a jogger is running down my sidewalk and trips over that piece of homeowners insurance gets hit mine. . I'm so disappointed and disgusted with the customer service that you get from the ghetto people that you call to try to get things done..

They re-ran the entire network for my house after Comcast and At&t did a terrible job. Every room…read morein my house has full bars wifi, and a port for ethernet in the wall too! Everything looks super professional, and they even put all of the network gear like the modem and router into a little cabinet so that it was hidden away. I was having constant issues with my service and having to reboot the router and modem, but I've had no issues since. I'm planning on having these guys back out to install security cameras for me as well soon!
