The Middleton Movers Rockton IL team really did the best job in moving our large items from our existing home and garage to our new home and garage. The team of men worked together, came with a plan of action (after the owner had previously visited to preview the job and provide a quote), great attitudes even as the hard work progressed during the move, blanketed and shrink wrapped the items agreed to and removed all when moved into the new home, moved everything very carefully, and even set up the master bed to relieve the tired homeowners from doing so that night! Moving furnishings 1000 miles, can be worrisome and nerve wracking! Dean, with his frequent communication and updates, took all our concerns away! I would not hesitate using his services again and recommend him highly!! His crew, led by Terry and Tammy, was everything you would want, to take care of your possessions! We had a contract with another moving company and we were notified a few days before our moving date that the "other" moving company had to cancel our contract because of a Teamster's strike that morning. This was our first experience hiring movers. We looked at 2 men and a truck because you see their name everywhere. I got nervous after reading reviews and got a recommendation for Middleton Movers. The were very polite and helpful every time I called. The were very knowledgeable and gave me ideas to help the move go smoothly. After looking at their pricing they were VERY comparable to 2 men. We ended up with 5 movers and were VERY efficient and worked well together. They all had their own role to play and did a great job. Relocating to a new region can be a very difficult and stressful process with many decisions to make. Going with Middleton was one of the best decisions we made. Dean was great to work with. If you are moving anything anywhere you should use these movers. I was totally amazed at how well and how quickly they packed my entire house. Middleton movers were extremely professional and very competent with my local move. They went over and above to ensure that my move went well even when it started raining. They used the time efficiently and came in under the original estimate and all my possessions arrived safely in my new house. Even moved some furniture a couple of times until I was satisfied with the placement. As a matter of fact one of the movers fixed a chair leg for me that was broken before they arrived. The owner, Dean, and his wife Jenny, went above and beyond to meet our needs. The provided free boxes, free tape, and dropped it off at our house when we needed it. They were extremely professional and courteous. We had an issue with an accidental broken piece of furniture but it was replaced with the exact same piece with no question and delivered and set up and the broken piece was taken away and disposed of. We have used them twice now to move our offices and have always had wonderful experiences. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to have their stuff moved fast and with professionalism.
