I called at the last minute, trailer full and realized we needed more space to store our furniture. I called and was relieved that all rentals can be done online. I've had my storage unit for years. Totally satisfied. I feel happy and safe knowing my property is in a safe environment.

Let's start with my first mistake. I booked my move directly through uhaul.com. DO NOT DO THAT! If you're looking to move, go see Megan and Liz at A Place for Space. They'll get you the right truck you need and all the right gear. When I walked in they both were very friendly, and they tried to accommodate my original request by adding a trailer for the moving van. Uhaul changed my request of a 26 foot truck into a 15 foot truck. So, they worked with me as much as they could. I didn't add the trailer, but I got a very clean truck and good advice for my travels. I will have to make two trips to complete my move, but the lesson is learned. Don't start with Uhaul corporate reservation. Go right to this friendly local shop and have them work out the details for you. read more

I found their self rental station was easy to use and I was able to move right in. I didnt realize I would only have to wait 10 minutes to get into the gate. The unit was easy to find and I bought boxes and a tarp the next day from the office. Previous reviews said megan was not friendly but she helped me carry the boxes out to my car. read more

My experience with this company has been disappointing to say the least. As far as property management goes, they were fairly responsive but beware that they will nickel and dime you on your security deposit. They withheld a portion of my deposit and provided no proof of actual wear and tear. I've asked about receiving interest on my deposit, they refused. I asked them to send proof and receipts of damage and they haven't provided it so I advise any residents to be careful, document as much as you can and if you're really smart, avoid wasting time and money doing business with them. read more

Don't rent here unless your looking to be belittled by the so called manager Meghan...came in on 12/4 to empty out my unit went in to the office to explain that I was leaving and asked was their a pro rated charge since i won't be using the unit the whole month was told no and that the lease stated that I had to give a 10 day notice when I was ready to leave..but that 10 day notice made no use since they still don't do pro rated charges at move out so as I was trying to get a understanding on why wasnt I made aware of this at the time of move in and after all the back n forth Meghan asked me if understood English and if I knew had to read at this point if I was upset before I was furious now for the simple fact that this women assumed and judge me of the base that I'm Hispanic and that i didn't understand or read English if this business values themselves on prejudiced actions and not being able to their job by explaining a lease then I will most definitely not be referring anyone and will continue to file complaints till I reach someone higher since I was told there is no corporate number oh and as I was trying to speak to the other women Meghan came out the office and tried to escort me out the office and said she called the police all because of a policy that they should of explained at the time of move in and let me tell you this the officer totally agreed with me and told me to continue to file reviews so no one has to ever go through this again this place has no customer service they are beyond disrespectful and don't care about their customers all they care about is pocketing money of a policy that is never mentioned good luck to anyone who decides to rent here and only gave a star because it wouldn't let me give none read more
