The fact that they hold a Key and are able t accept delivery for my work packages is fantastic. They are looking our for their customers They are the buffer between the upper management and the day to day running of this facility. Cube Smart as a corporation does increase rents every 6 months it seems they may not value long term tenants, but that is not in my control. I'd like to add how secure and safe your belongings will be if you choose CubeSmart. I've attached many photos below in the last year and a half. The gate right by my storage unit will remain open in the wintertime for the plows so basically NOT secure. I will also include the gate in the front continuously stays up for anybody to come through. No need to use your code. I will also include damages to the gate that another customer that rents a unit damaged from July 2026 that still has not been repaired so again anybody could come through at any time. They falsely advertise. It states above the keypad that you're able to use your phone to unlock the gate and be able to go in to avoid always putting in your six digit code. When I asked corporate last year why they false advertise this, they merely said, "this feature only works in some of the Cubesmarts" but not this one. I have been told recently that CubeSmart has been sold yet again to a third-party. My rate was $251 in October 2025. November and December it went up to $258.53. January 2026 until July 2026 it went down to $251 but in August and September they decided to bump it up to $298 a month. I was just told by the manager at CubeSmart that it will go up another 20 to 30% in the next month or two!! I have a 10 x 20 climate control unit that is never the right temperature. In the summer it's blazing hot in there, and in the winter it is cold so again if you'd like to choose CubeSmart as a place for your personal precious belongings and rates that will continuously go up whenever they feel like raising them, than this is the place to choose. If I could give them a ZERO I would.

She knew the right questions to ask to get me what I needed and fixed me right up. She even called to follow up. They'll get you the right truck you need and all the right gear. When I walked in they both were very friendly, and they tried to accommodate my original request by adding a trailer for the moving van. Uhaul changed my request of a 26 foot truck into a 15 foot truck. So, they worked with me as much as they could. I didn't add the trailer, but I got a very clean truck and good advice for my travels. I will have to make two trips to complete my move, but the lesson is learned. Don't start with Uhaul corporate reservation. Go right to this friendly local shop and have them work out the details for you.
