This feels deceptive and dishonest. Be careful -- WOW! adds extra fees without clear consent and makes it difficult to get straightforward service. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Guys, the entire process of setting up an account to walking out the door was less than 15 minutes! Unreal!!! The interior of the Xfinity store is really pretty. Technology from phones, to tablets to large flat screens line all the walls and rest on floor displays. People shopped, people opened accounts, people complained about bills, but for me it was an enjoyable experience. All cable sucks, and my parents have xfinity....it sucks. But so far the service here in augusta has yet to fail me. I know, give it time, but this review is being written shortly after setting things up (which also was an easy process) This store is located in a strip with shared parking. There really isn't an excuse for not finding parking here. It also helped that the apt I have is giving tenants free xfinity bundled into the rent, so free cable and WiFi is hard to beat when you combine it with great customer service. I argued my case with them (there is no external sign of damage) but finally said I would just pick up the unit. It does not look like they even opened it up! I brought it here in January of 2025 and was told that I had dropped it. My phone lives a charmed life as have all of my prior Smartphones in an Otterbox Defender case. I have never broken a screen apart from a flip phone 25 years ago. I had them replace the screen and they gave me a lifetime repair warranty. This morning, August 7 2025 I had the same problem with the phone and assumed it was a defective replacement screen. They had the phone for 2 hours, the store manager Ishmael told me that they would likely cover it and to come back in an hour or so. When I returned, they claimed I had corrosion from water intrusion. The phone has not been submerged in water in the 6 months since they last replaced it. The warranty as per him was now invalid. I paid for a second screen to get my phone clear of this business. Recommend you spread the word or at the very least avoid this business.
