Later on, I wanted a direct line from our office upstairs to the router downstairs. Jasper came out and did a thorough assessment and consultation and then returned shortly thereafter to do the installation. Jasper went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it and that everything was working at its best. He even went to the store to get the specific CAT-6 cable with the color that we wanted. He was neat, efficient, earnest and, like Quintin, very knowledgeable and professional at what he does. Both men are great to work with, as well is their Project Coordinator Devin. They will give you their all! He came on 10/30/25 to look at my washing machine. He told me it needed a new spider assembly. I paid $385 in labor and $317.28 for the spider assembly. He then wrote me that I needed an additional spindle that was $338.87. He said he was coming back on 12/6 to repair the machine but did not return until 12/7 to repair it. On 12/8 I turned the washing machine on and it was making loud noises and was leaking from the bottom. At that time I was unsure when he could come back so I bought a new machine. He then come on 12/11/25 to pick up the washing machine and take it to his shop and rebuild it. He said "I'll have it back in a few days to a week". On 1/18/26 he said he would be back in the next couple of days. On 1/24/26 he said the washing would be done in the morning. He then wrote that he would have to pick another time. Over the next month he rescheduled the delivery numerous times. He did send a video of it working. He returned the machine to me on 3/5/26. It is now sitting in my basement, a $1000 decoration.
