First the good: The installer who came to put in the door alarms and glass-break sensor was actually very nice. They showed up on time, were very friendly, and were happy to answer all of our questions. An issue arose with their network module, which caused us to have to utilize a cellular module. Not a big deal, and they were willing to waive the extra charge that usually comes with that service. When the network module problems were resolved, they came in and installed it without charging us for the service calls. Now the bad: First off, the monitoring station is located in Florida. Living in GA, it can take a while for the system to transfer the alarm to the monitoring station. Secondly, after numerous requests to be called immediately upon activation of the alarm, they did not. As a matter of fact, I had the alarm running for around a minute and they still didn't call. They said that since they received a cancel signal they don't call, but if you wait a full minute to make sure your paying customers aren't under any kind of duress, well that's not very secure now is it? Speaking of secure, did you look at their website? It is all http. No SSL connection between the server and the client. Not even their payment page is secure, and they ask for your card number, expiration date, and CCV# and it is all sent in plain text. I brought this to their attention, and they informed me that the information is parsed when the data is sent, but the problem is the data is still unencrypted when it leaves your computer, so someone could very easily intercept your card information. Also, their site is a joke. It is poorly written and laid out. I understand that they try to save customers money, but when the primary means of advertising is through the internet, you'd think that your website would look like something made in this decade, rather than something hosted at geocities. FINAL NOTES: While the people that work for them are friendly, I could not possibly recommend a security system that can't even secure credit card information. Look elsewhere. read more

I have been using this company for many years at several locations and have had absolutely no problems. There were some normal startup issues, but all issues were handled quickly. Several referrals have been made to this company and have not heard of any issues at all with the company. read more
