Mitchell came to my home and we spent hours designing a system including not only all of the typical stuff such as door and window sensors and motion detectors, but also glass break monitors and water alarms for the laundry room and sump pump areas. Mitchell did not "sell" any of this stuff to me. I asked for it and we designed an excellent system together. The reason that I am writing the review today is because this is the first time that I have spoken to Mitchell in over two years. I received an alert on my control pad that a battery was low and I didn't know which device needed the new battery. I called Mitchell on his cell phone. He picked up on the second ring. I had the battery in a drawer and he identified the device and walked me through the battery change over the phone. This tells you a couple of things: 1. The equipment that Mitchell sold to me over 2 years ago works without issue. I literally have had not spoken to him in over 2 years because I have NEVER had a problem. My big problem today was that I needed a new battery. I'm OK with that. 2. Mitchell answers his phone. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Mitchell is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and he sells good stuff. I recommend him without hesitation.

What really stood out to me was the honesty--both Mitchell and the technician could have easily said I needed new equipment or upgrade or unnecessary work, but instead they were supportive and completely upfront. We felt completely comfortable from our first phone call to Alyssa and Rob who explained patiently, and in great detail, what would be involved and what choices we could make. Within 2 weeks we had a new upgraded wireless system, installed by two amazing young men: Nate and Jason, who in the space of 4 hours, finished the install, explained each step, and left the house spotless. Our concerns about possible damage in removing the old equipment and installing the attractive new system was unfounded: you would never know that any work had been done. Dustin Taylor, so called Supervisor for SafeStreets not helpful in the least. Tried to talk to someone above him and he said no one else but the Owners which he refused to give me their names.. He told me to look their names up online. They do not have an ROC#, He said they are only an LLC... Dealer # 13138353... He refused to help me and said my 84yr old mother only has (2) options, keep the 3yr contract or for her to pay 75% of Contract to close out... which is ($1190.64)..My 84yr old mother was NOT told by Cody Thompson that she would be locked into a 36m/3yr contract...My mother is not computer/tablet savy...Cody handed my mother his tablet and said just check this box... by doing this it generated a contract via DocuSign docs that had her name listed as 'R****** C******'...My Mother is legally 'R**** C*****' and if she signs her name as such - she insisted she never signed anything... She was unaware of what she was clicking on when "Cody T****" held his tablet up to her - by doing this it locked her into a 36m contract, also along with a phone call by Safestreets on 12/22/18 from SafeStreets Cust Care having some kind of recorded conversation. Also Listed number of monitored location was not hers so I called it and it was to a local Hotel Chain.. My mother being 84yrs old, she was not clear /savy enough to understand that conversation was being recorded what she was being asked and that she said 'yes' along the way to what ever they asked her. When I found out about this whole deal, 12/30/18, I initially called the company around 1/2/19 to discuss the cancellation, they said it was too late, I have gone round and round with about 7 phone calls , Nate, Sara, Jessica, Christina, Dustin 2x, and someone else... If the owner of SafeStreets can get in touch with me and make this right - I will update review. We even offered to commit to at least a year with them and they said not an option. BUYER BEWARE!!
