They were the only ones that wanted a follow up phone call or facetime which I actually liked - I had questions about add on services for cleaning rooms in my finished basement. They even had a manager come to the house and stop by and inspect the house. I saw her on her hands and knees move something that was under my cabinet to make sure the team got behind the stuff. WHAT?! I mean, come on. All evening I'm looking around and realizing the detail behind what they cleaned. They took the dog hair that get stuck to the bottom of the chairs in my kitchen.
