(It took over 7 hours for my service and I had zero update from the service staff). I drive to the Mobile BMW for service now to avoid this disaster of a dealership. Specifically Avery - when I was looking at a new car, he refused to speak to me (the buyer of the vehicle). He would only speak to my husband who knew nothing about the vehicle being purchased. Also one of the above mentioned speaking very negatively about customers and potential buyers. He kept trying to sell me on a SUV that his manager had previously wrecked. I got so annoyed, we finally just left. I ended up buying a custom build from the Mobile BMW group as they have only been extremely professional and beyond helpful in every step.

Since then, I had multiple conversations with them about getting a vehicle within that price range. Their website also showed vehicles with down payments in the $1,800-$2,200 range. The day before I drove there, I spoke directly with Derrick, who confirmed that vehicles in that range were available. Based on that information, I drove from Louisiana to Mississippi and spent about $150 on travel to get there. When I arrived, I was told they did not have anything in inventory within my price range and that I would need to put down $3,100 to get a vehicle. This was completely different from what had been communicated to me over several months and what was displayed on their website. If I had been given accurate information beforehand, I would not have made the trip. I'm sharing my experience so others make sure to confirm inventory and pricing very carefully before traveling.
