(3) third time I carried it back I told them that when I like stopped at a stop sign then start to go forward, it would hesitate then this BIG SURGE forward would happen. It would scare me. The mechanic said "well, the engine light does not come on so maybe you need to use a higher grade of gasoline." So, I go to Polk's and fill up on their most expensive grade the had and spent close to $50 filling up because I was going to Mobile to my sons for the 4th of July. (4th issue) When I got to Mobile, and got out of the car, my grandson was at the door to greet me and he said "NANNY, there 's smoke billowing out from under the hood of your car." It scared the heck out of us both and when I let it cool off, it would not crank. My grandson had to bring me back to Long Beach because I had appointments the next day. Because the car wouldn't start, Chuck Ryan had to go get the car in Mobile and bring it back to Long Beach. I didn't hear from them yesterday after they got the car and so far today (June 7th) I haven't heard from them as to what they are going to do about the car By the way, I told them I didn't want the car and could I have a refund. I paid $2000 down and made one $450 payment. One of the managers named Kelly said they didn't give refunds, but they own the company, so I would think they could if they wanted to. After running my credit, they informed me, that I had no chance of ever getting financed at a big dealership for a vehicle. But, they could approve me for a 2010 Nissan Versa with 130k miles for $367.00 month, since they do in-house financing. Feeling leary, I signed my life away, due to desperation. After all, they said my credit was SO horrible, they were the only choice I had. I didn't even get to test drive the vehicle before signing the paperwork. I drove it home, and after parking it in my driveway, I noticed the front bumper wasnt completely connected to the frame. As I looked closer, I realized it was being held on by paper clips.     Since it was late at night, and they were already closed, I couldn't do anything about it. As I drove back to Nuway first thing in the morning, the check engine light came on, and it completely broke down on hwy 49. I was literally bawling at this point. I told them about the bumper, check engine light, it breaking down in the middle of the highway with two children.   They had the audacity to tell me (after ripping me off) "good luck proving it, there's no lemon law in the state of Mississippi." I begged them to allow me to surrender the vehicle, and get out of the contract. I didn't even have it for 10 hours.They refused. I called their financing company Credit Acceptance, and their legal team at 1 800-634-1506 explaining the situation again, begging to surrender it. I got the run around for about 6 months. They eventually repoed it, filed a judgement, ruined my credit, and now it'll take years for my credit score to recover. What makes me feel even more embarrassed is the next day I went to Pat Peck, and was approved for a 2016 Nissan Versa with only 4 miles for $304.00 a month. My credit wasn't THAT horrible...  However it is now!!    I feel like I was taken advantage of. Albeit it was partly due to my own ignorance. Live and learn.. Point is... This was the worst, and I mean absolute worst service I've ever received in my entire life. They're straight up crooks, that will put you in an upside down loan, for a lemon.   I wish I would have read the reviews on Google before I ever went to their car lot. Because, the vast majority of reviews were from people dealing with the same situation that I was.             Shame on you for doing such bad business, and taking advantage of low income single mothers. Dont ever go here!!!! Read reviews, and know your credit score!!!

They don't do tires. For that you will need to go somewhere else. I'm glad I found these guys and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Honda for mechanical work!
