He asked what was the least I would accept on my trade and I informed him that Carvana had offered me $35,000 but I wanted to trade not sell so I would have the tax advantage. He said he would call me back. Neither Trent nor any of the other people I spoke with at Matt Bowers Nissan bothered to contact me again. I have never in my life dealt with such a lazy and incompetent bunch. It makes me wonder what the owner of the dealership would think if they found out a previous customer (twice) was treated this way.
