DO NOT GO HERE...
After several years of having clothing cleaned here, there is still no sense of customer service or appreciation for loyalty.
First, they every swapped out two of my father's pants (expensive) with two crappy, cheap pairs of mens pants. They said that those were the pants we turned in, and they said they were not liable.
Second, they SHRUNK a silk dress of mine, for which the liner was hanging out an inch longer. They said they didn't shrink the dress! Then when I asked the manager for a refund, they said they'd try to stretch the silk down. I advised they could try, but that would probably ruin the silk and that didn't excuse the fact that they had already ruined my dress. When I came back for the dress, it had no change. I left the $250 receipt from the purchase of the dress, which I had purchased just weeks before I brought the dress in. The owner wouldn't return my calls over four weeks, and the only thing I could do was report to the BBB, who wasn't able to reach the business for comment. When I finally spoke to the owner, she and her husband would not refund me the dry cleaning money, nor reimburse me for the dress that was obviously ruined. She yelled at me in Korenglish about how they don't give refunds whatsoever, never.... She said I could have $20 credit for services, but I refused as I'd rather not have any more of my clothes ruined.
(Luckily, I used my Amex card as Amex reimburses you for purchases that are ruined or break within 60 -90 days....)
Too bad for the tailor (a nice old Korean guy who is super good at all kinds of alterations), but I bet they are milking him as well....I don't go to him anymore because the owners are unethical.
Just know that if you go here, there is no recourse for anything that is ruined or stolen... read more
