I had to go to one of those big box shops and they did not exercise the same warmth, care, or compassion that Rosemary does. They barely looked at or listened to me. Sure, you might have to wait a bit longer to be seen but once you're sitting in front of the doctor, you immediately understand why. She listens to you, explains things to you, really helps you navigate tough medical situations and information. If I didn't love her, I probably wouldn't have spent over half my life trusting her. Look, if you are a patient of Dr. Lee expect to wait. Why? Because when you do get to see him,…read moreit's about YOU. Dr. Lee will never rush a patient, and he'll listen to everything you need to say. He'll sit and look you in the eyes and not have his face buried in a tablet or notebook. He has incredible beside manner and treats patients like patients, not customers or numbers. Try to get that treatment from a SWMC or Healthcare Partner doctor. As for the staff, you must understand they deal with hundreds of people a day both on the phone and in person. Try emailing them instead of calling, that way you will get their full attention when they are able to give it. If you call while they are booking patients, doing triage etc. you are likely to feel rushed. Now imagine you're the patient in the office they step away from to take a phone call and how you would feel. Either way, Dr. Lee is one of the finest medical professionals I've ever known He was my mother's doctor for 10 years, and he's been my doctor for 7 years As long as he's practicing, I'll never change doctors. I can't recommend him enough.
