Making an appointment was easy, the front desk staff is very thorough on the phone, checking me in, and even on the way out. The MA/Nurse was incredible, so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Dr Tsai is awesome! He was so patient with me and answered all my questions and reassured all my concerns. He had a great explanation for anything I was brining up to ask about. He's so friendly & so professional. I've never had a male doctor before and couldn't be happier after meeting him. I felt heard and respected. It was such a smooth and painless appointment. So glad I was referred to him! Side note: a negative review below said he was in his 70's which made me nervous. That is incorrect. Dr Tsai must be in his 40's/early 50's if that. That was a false Yelp review. Easy parking, easy paperwork, just bring your ID, Insurance card & prepare to pay your copay or deductible. Please learn how your insurance works before blaming an office for their billing codes. Anything beyond a yearly/no issue physical will most likely be billed differently. Be prepared to pay towards your deductible or get different insurance. :) I recommend this office! 10 outta 10!

The office is nice, as are the nurses, but the rest of the experience was not good…read more I was referred to Dr. George, specifically, because of a difficult issue that has stumped other doctors. Getting an appointment took months. The wait for your scheduled appointment is typical - 20-30 minutes. I do not understand why they are adamant about you being 15 minutes early if they are consistently 30 mins late, but that seems to be the MO of the profession these days. My appointment lasted 5 minutes. He sent me out for a myriad of tests. It took another three months to get an appointment for the follow-up on those tests. My next appointment lasted nearly an hour, I got less than 3 minutes with the good doctor. He gave me a prescription for thyroid (completely unrelated to the reasons I was there), and sent me out for another battery of expensive tests. I was unable to get another appointment with him. Fast forward almost a year. I finally settled for the nurse practitioner because I was getting worse and had gotten no help. Keep in mind that I am in chronic pain this entire time. Again, 5 mins in and out, nothing in the tests indicating an issue, Thyroid levels good, go get this other expensive test done. Meanwhile, my health is deteriorating fast, to the point of being life-threatening. I get the tests done. See the specialist. Specialist says he sees nothing there and can't help me. Several thousand dollars and maxing out my insurance later, it's March of the following year and I've got nothing. My feet are turning black, I'm in chronic pain, and I spend another three months trying to get through to get an appointment. They. Do. Not. Return. Calls. They do not answer the phone. You have to dial them over and over like a radio station hoping to accidentally get through. Finally, at the end of June, I get to speak to someone She tells me the earliest I can get in is November. I'm already pretty scared at this point, so I ask if there is anyone - anyone at all that can see me - and she says no. She was rude and quite dismissive. I asked if maybe they had an associate she could refer me to, and she says no. She told me to call my insurance for another referral because they don't have time for me. I spend the next two weeks trying to find a doctor that is taking new patients. Our medical in LV sucks donkey water, let me tell you. I literally cannot find another doctor in the entire lower half of NV. In desperation, I called back Dr. Constantine's office Monday. Of course, no answer. Of course, no return calls in answer to my messages. Today I looked up an alternate number and actually got a human being! I was so happy I almost cried! At first it was really frustrating because she would not let me speak, she kept talking over the top of me telling me that she could not help me with a prescription because they were a different office. I finally had to nicely say, "Please let me speak, that is not why I am calling." Finally she let me tell her that I needed an appointment, was desperate, and would take anything they had with anyone in the office. She gave me a date (October), set the time, and then she asked me all the pertinent information (name/dob/etc). She put me on hold. She then came back and told me that, according to her records, I had "self-discharged" and they were no longer willing to see me as a patient. Outside of a hospital, I had never heard the term "self-discharged" before, so, in my confusion, I asked what that meant. She said that the notes (written by the aforementioned rude dismissive lady, who, apparently is the office manager) said that I had told them I was looking for a new PCP, and that she had instructed me that if I did, they would consider that a "self-discharge" and would not longer be able to see me. She. Did. Not. Say. That. At. Any. Time. That was a blatant lie. Poor little phone girl said she could not set an appointment for me because she would, "get in trouble." I told her that I did not want to get her in trouble, and asked if I could speak with the person who would get her in trouble. She said it was the same rude dismissive lady at the other office, and that the only way to contact them was the very number that they never answer or reply to. To sum up: No time for patients. Insanely long wait times. Rude, dismissive staff who lies on paperwork. Ineffective, uncaring, and actually made me sicker than when I first went in for help. Now that my insurance and HSA has been maxed out on a wild goose chase, I'm back to square one.

I had seen her in person and asked if she could help me find a better physical therapist because ATI where she sent me wasn't working. After 6 session with them at $150 each session; I felt worse. She wrote it down that she would help me find someone. She also was supposed to fill out disability paperwork for me as we discussed that meeting. Lastly, she said she would get my results from the urologist that charged me $400 & didn't send over the results. I felt so happy & listened to after seeing her in person. This is Friday. Monday comes and goes. I call to ask if there's any update on the physical therapist. No answer - i left a message. I called for two weeks straight & nobody returned my call or contacted me back. I left 10 messages. Finally they answered and said that they needed to call me back. It's been about 14 days and I'm in so much pain because I haven't seen a physical therapist. I find my own since I can't wait any longer. I need Michelle to send a referral. I call for the referral & She told me I wasn't doing what she wanted so she never sent over the paperwork they were requesting and that I needed to do the X-ray & when I asked which X-ray? I have never been told to do an X-ray as I did the MRI. She said she would call me back. They called to say she had sent over the paperwork i was requesting. She just never responded to that question about the X-ray & said she would be sending the paperwork that the disability specialist. This is after 3 weeks now. She just never brought up the X-ray again; I think she was completely confusing me with something else. They attempted twice now to request the information from her. In 30 days she has not responded. I found my own physical therapist & I've been going since but I need to find another doctor because I have no faith in this place anymore. Sorry if anyone ended up having a bad experience as well.
