But in the end, if you want healthy hair, I'd follow Julie's choices because you can never go wrong with her amazing skills. And, in the end, she gave me the best perm ever while also cleaning up my damaged hair, was very flexible with my booking, and taught me how to keep my hair cared for. I am somewhat satisfied with the result but did note a few things: -he cut my hair dry which was ok but the shears pulled on my hair at times -the end result was nice except it looks just a tad uneven in length - I noted that he didn't do what my former hairdresser does - which is pull the hair down in front to see if they are even. Nevertheless, I do like the result overall and may come back for another haircut, and will ask him to even out the front.

Layers but also some blunt ends. Cut off the dead stuff, but not too short. The moment I mentioned the poor results from my last visit, Annie became unusually rough. The hair wash was rushed, with water gushing into my ears, and the blow dry felt more like torture--so forceful that it seemed intentional, almost damaging her dryer in the process.
