i was honestly hestitant to come here but most of the salons were closing and/or appointment only so i took a chance on proclips and both hair dressers were amazing. mary introduced herself to me although she was with another client and immediately i felt welcomed and comfortable. she assisted my hair dresser with my haircut and she was able to match what i showed her when I came in. they also made sure to keep it long and not go too short like most people do. for $35 im glad i came in and thankful they took me in right before closing read more

I wasn't happy with a haircut from another salon, so I decided to take a chance on proclips. I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I saw Tonya. She listened to what I wanted and did a great job. We had a little miscommunication on what I meant by styling it messy. Next time I'll bring a picture. Services are listed on the wall with prices. ALL the stars because Mary is seriously talented. She is so very good at what she does, she's a perfectionist and you will walk out of her salon happy, or else she will stay there until a crazy hour to fix it (which never happens, bc she's just that good). I've been coming to this salon for the past 8 years, from hair cuts, perms, bleach, highlights. EVERYTHING! I don't let anyone else touch my hair. My last visit was when she did a balayage for me, she stayed until after closing, to finish toning the color to my liking. Her pricing is VERY reasonable and IMO, I think she charges super cheap basing that off the quality of work she does! I've been to Proclips twice. I was looking for a new stylist and was dangerously close to self-hacking if someone didn't get me in quickly. I called and got in the same day. The first time Kenny did my color and Tina finished, cut, and styled it. Since Tina did such a fantastic job with the cut the first time she is who I made the appointment with the second time. She really listens to what you want and is a doll. The second she did the color with foils and the red highlights I wanted, shampooed and conditioned me, the cut, and the style. She even massaged my neck and shoulders! I also had her do my eyebrows and I'm very pleased with them. The salon is very affordable. I will be going back to her as long as she will have me. Kenny also cut my 16 year old son's hair and he did a great job, also it has grown out very well so he has been able to get a lot of mileage out it. He will be back at the salon I'm sure as well. read more

I always get my haircut at Proclips. I'm always very happy with the results and it is always very consistent. Mary, who always cuts my hair, is always very friendly and aims to please. I would highly recommend Proclips. Tip: they are located on a busy intersection, but they have parking in the back accessed by a driveway on the west side of the building. read more

Jenny is the nail tech next to Proclips. She does beautiful, precise work and her space and equipment are kept clean & sanitary. I had a recent acrylic fill from her which looked great for almost a month. She's quite artistic and can do designs on your toes or throw in a blissful mini-massage for a slight extra charge. She'll always try to accomodate walk ins, though sometimes she gets busy and she is on her own there. There are a lot of manicurists around but she's one of the best! read more
