Health is wealth. Healthier foods are always going to be more costly. You have the option of delivery but why pay the extra fee when they have so many locations to pick up from. Can't make it during their hours of pick up? No problem. Just shoot them a message and they make it convenient for you. Oh and the lovely little boxes the meals come in? Reusable! So if you ever decide to get into meal prep yourself, (good luck with that! Lol!), you can save these little boxes for that or use them as left over containers for your relatives at the holidays.

I explained this to the owner of this food truck and she let me know that they don't even use mayo to make their deviled eggs! I'm SO GLAD I made that choice because this was a bad experience. We scheduled the date, set the menu ... and then Vivian canceled the day beforehand. We rescheduled and declined her offer for extra food to make it right, offering some grace since issues happen sometimes. On the 2nd attempt, she sent me a text the afternoon of the event to say she was "stuck in traffic," but her sous chef would get things started and she would be there in time to cook the dinner. She never showed up AT ALL that night. The sous chef said Vivian just had other events that conflicted with mine-- so apparently it was just poor planning. Her sous chef was very young, nice and hardworking. However, it was a lot for one person, without having the support person to plate & serve the food, clear the courses, etc. I pitched in to be nice and acted as our server, but for $1500, I definitely should not have had to! And more importantly, since she couldn't focus solely on cooking, she made some mistakes, such as inconsistent results in the temperature of the meat across the servings (some were great and others were overcooked) and cold, over-mashed potatoes that turned pasty/gummy. Vivian also forgot about the conversation we previously had about our dessert choice and had the girl make something different than what I chose. I made that dessert choice for a very specific reason and am frustrated by her lack of attention to detail, which is obviously a pattern. On top of Vivian's poor behavior with the 2nd "no show", when I gave her the feedback about the food at our event and told her that I was disappointed, she decided to ARGUE with me, rather than even apologizing. Apparently, she felt she knew exactly how everything tasted, based on a few pictures that the sous chef texted to her, so I was wrong. On the left they have a bunch of different protein bars. They usually have a wide variety of entrees, a few breakfasts, an overnight oat, and one, maybe two protein desserts. All of their entrees seem to be between 400-500 calories, with anywhere from 30 - 45 grams of protein. I love that every entree is tagged with all that information, plus the expiration date, although I wish that some of the entrees included what exactly was in them. For that, you have to ask the guy working the counter. Four entrees usually cost around $48 with tax. I have tried many different things but so far my favorite has been the tacos and salmon. These are the perfect meal when you don't feel like cooking; each meal heats up in the microwave in about 2 minutes. (Lol) Throughout the months leading to our wedding, various members of SR kept in touch with us via email/their website board. The constant communication we had with them was what mattered the most to us. Not all of our vendors had great communication, so it was nice SR, our largest expense, kept in touch. They made everything less stressful for us and it was just great. Day of the wedding everything went flawlessly. Other than the excitement of getting married, I only had 2 worries. The service staff were excellent, while we (bride and groom) and wedding party took pictures, they were bringing us appetizers and ensuring we were taking care of while our guests enjoyed everything elsewhere during cocktail hour. My main interaction with SR the day of was actually with Stephanie, who bartended for our wedding. She was an all star. I never saw a line at the bar, but everyone had a drink on hand. She was fast, and she made our signature drinks spectacularly. If you like gin and want a signature drink, she makes a mean gimlet! She always had one waiting for me when I was just nearby.
