I've come here to tell you how incredible this food service is. I have tried so many online and…read morelocal food prep services and they're all lacking in some way. My partner and I have been using Nature's purpose for 7 months and I'll tell you why I love it. Natures purpose has been the first service that I have had absolutely no issues with. First, they don't require a subscription, I simply order the meals I want each week and that's what I get. Such a simple concept, yet hardly anyone does it. Second, since they're local the food is always a fresh and has good quality ingredients. Third, the website actually gives you all the nutrition information you need. I tried so many places that would leave that out and only give you calories. Being able to see how much protein is in a dish is so important to me. Also, they have different sizes and tell the nutrition of each size. Fourth, the variety of food is great, I never get bored of the meals because there are so many to choose from and they add new ones all the time. Fifth, is the support. Delivery is always on time, and I've had a broken container every once in a while, and I've gotten refunds each time as well as an offer for a replacement. 6th and final, it's tasty and affordable. The prices are what made me check them out in the first place, but the flavor is what made me stay. All of these things rolled up helped me lose 45 pounds in the last 7 months. I started at medium sizes and worked my way down to small sizes while focusing on high protein meals.

I found Fran's Kitchen. This meal prep company really doesn't belong in the meal prep category its 10 times better then that! You personally have Fran reach out to you and get your background, what your health goals are, what foods you like, what portion size you are looking for and more. She connects with you and makes you feel comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable and helps guide you in the direction you are looking for. I personally had a very specific goal with lots of needs to meet that goal and she understood EXACTLY what I needed. Also, there are many options as far as pricing and I was pleased with the menu she ended up putting together with me. I will receive my food in 3 days and will be sure to follow up to let you know how that part of the company is but so far so good! Have a blessed day!

Prior to this, we've tried…read moreeverything from Hello Fresh, Blue Apron, and Factor, all of which had questionable freshness with ingredients and repetitive menus. The dinner items we've picked from Eat Clean Phx are very flavorful and the perfect portion size. The sodium content is balanced and not overloaded with sauces. Though slightly higher priced than the other meal prep choices, the quality of the food, the time saved from cooking, and the menu choices, make it worth it in my opinion! Lastly, the staff are friendly at their location in Scottsdale!

Just tried #wingsquad via #ubereats for the first time. For delivery, I'd give it a solid 4 out of…read more5. #Keto friendly options, so that's a plus! I got #cajun wings, which is a dry rub, and #buffalo #wings, and a #caesar #salad. The wings were cooked perfectly, not dry at all, but the dry rub was moist from the humidity inside the box during delivery. This would happen to any food properly boxed and transported, so no deductions there. Still, they were delivered at a good eating temperature (not too hot, and not cold, but still warm enough to enjoy without reheating) Excusing that which can't be avoided, I think the wings were great. Cajun was spiced as expected, and Buffalo tasted like Buffalo. The wings weren't bland at all like some other reviewer said; on the contrary I think the Cajun was spiced up to the max I could handle and still enjoy, and the Buffalo wings tasted like Buffalo wings. What really shined for me, though, was the Caesar dressing. It came in a little tub and was more than enough for the size of the salad. I still had the majority of it left when I was done with the salad, and I was dunking forkful after forkful into it with iceberg leaves attached. I'm a salad dressing fanatic, and I'm saying give less dressing, to produce less waste. All and all, very good. I had requested "no croutons" as part of the #Uber eats ordering process. It explicitly asked me "check to remove", and I removed croutons. I gave them to my fiancée, because Keto but they were still crunchy even though they were packed with the salad. She enjoyed them.‍‍‍ Notes on the other two reviews that were before mine: I'll bet the crispness of the chicken is better in person, but for delivery wings they were great! 5/5 because mediocrity of delivery wings is a fault of the delivery, not the restaurant, and my fiancée enjoyed the croutons. Would order again! Radatouille Approved IG: @rada2e

Awesome customer service and honestly, really good food with healthy serving sizes (or smaller ones if you're a light eater). Delightful savory and sweet handpies that come fresh or frozen…read more I was pleasantly surprised by handpies, which have a good amount of filling. Of the savory ones, I liked the Italian, chicken pot pie, and mushroom and potato, though nothing has been bad. Of the sweet ones, I liked the pumpkin and chocolate but the lemon and apple were also excellent. They also switch up the varieties every one in awhile. They sell frozen ones at 3 in a pack for $12 and a box of assorted mini sweet pies for $14. You can also order them fresh and they will heat up for you. They also sell quiche. It would be nice if there was a deal for buying in bulk, but it's certainly a nice snack or meal.

Why get 1 hand pie when you can get 3 hand pies ... rrrright? Well, that's exactly what happened…read morewhen I stopped by AZ Food Crafters! The man at the counter who was taking my order was patient and gave me a rundown of the hand pies they offer despite my arrival of only about 10 minutes before closing. They offer everything either served warmed, ready-to-eat, or frozen to take them home and re-heat at your convenience. Of the warmed, ready-to-eat hand pies they had remaining, I decided to get the Apple & the Chocolate Cream. Then I remembered that I could get a free one with a Yelp check-in so I got the Tangerine hand pie as well. As expected, I liked the Chocolate Cream the best. The filling was made of dark chocolate but it wasn't bitter and it was also soft and fluffy. Yum! Apple was also great. It was a bit tart, but it was the perfect sweetness so it made for a great treat. I liked the Tangerine the least of the three but it was still really good! It was very similar to the traditional lemon hand pie, but not tart at all ... great for this time of the year. I can't wait to go back soon to try their savory hand pies .. particularly the Chicken Pot Pie! Definitely will be back & will recommend this place to others.
