this could also be called a mall food court but lets not... love the name and it has its own dedicated entrance so you do not have to walk through the mall to get there plus you will see some lovely outside eating to enjoy the seating choices are plentiful including round tables I kid you not its been written that round tables make for a more harmonious and happy dining experience in your home(yes I do indeed have a round table in my home) ...so glad the choice is here too booths and yes even a few couches the ceiling is super high the whole space feels so open and bright even at night big bright signs easy to read menus each restaurant / food place has its own feel I would go here just to eat so far my favorite is Melt Shop with the many choices it will keep everyone happy dine on what you like while dining together I am not writing reviews for the restaurants ...just the atmosphere and I like it

Review for Potatotopia: my fries took a longggg time to come. My BF was half Finished with his meal by the time I got to our table. The person who put on my toppings had a bitch face and didn't give me an answer when I asked her what something was. Cashier was on her phone... Good food, a little pricey, but still delicious. This is different from the NYC location... Maybe because it's in a mall. OMG I wasn't even finished eating but I thought I was eating mushrooms but it was CARDBOARD. OMG. don't come here probably dirty in the back to let this happen. It was two pieces of cardboard ONE STAR from a 3 star. Smfh

Beautiful New Dining District inside of Roosevelt Field! Most of the original Food Court restaurants moved and some new ones. The new one's are The MeltShop, The little beet, Maoz vegetarian, Patsy's Pizza, Tres Carnes, & Pota-topia. When these open i am going to be like santa clause! Going to make my list and check it twice, and i will let everyone know whos was naughty or nice!

Pota-topia is an amazing new potato concept that takes a chop't chipotle approach on potatoes. You can pick the style of potato (French fries, mash potatoes or red potatoes) you can add on vegetables meat and bacon of course.... great place to try and will definitely need more in the tristate area!

The new Dining District at Roosevelt Field Mall has some new great choices that should appeal to the masses .. Tried The Melt, the BLT and the Blue Buffalo sandwiches were delicious.

I went to the Thai place, had chicken pad Thai, it was delicious. Went to Maoz Vegeterian, it was amazing, had the whole wheat falafel sandwich, u get to chose your own toppings. No side salad or any other sides are needed, the sandwich is very filling and it's excellent. I wish there were one in my hometown, love this place.

Love their pizza and would probably say it is one of the best in the area…read more My main issue is the menu. First off, you can't order by the slice online which is a big deal IMO. Also, they need to make some of the items on the catering menu available on the regular dinner menu. The fact that I can't order a side of penne alla vodka with a chicken parm plate is a bit ridiculous. If they had a larger menu, we would order from here with much greater frequency. But because the menu is so limited, we have no choice to order from the other place up the block on Mineola Blvd most of the time.

From the moment you walk in, you can tell they take pride in every detail, and that carries straight through to the food. The pizza itself is phenomenal. The crust strikes that perfect balance--crispy on the outside with just the right amount of chew inside. The sauce is rich, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients, while the cheese is perfectly melted and generously layered without overpowering the rest of the pie. Every bite tastes fresh, balanced, and crafted with care. What really stood out was the consistency and attention to detail. Whether you're going classic or trying one of their specialty pies, the flavors are always spot on. You can tell this isn't just pizza--it's a passion. On top of that, the service is friendly, fast, and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. This is the kind of place you keep coming back to--and recommend to everyone you know. Easily one of the best pizza spots around. Highly recommend.

The strategy here is simple. You order a pie--half pepperoni, half prosciutto. The prosciutto does exactly what it needs to do, but the pepperoni is the real headline act. It curls, it crisps, and it pools just enough oil to marry perfectly with a crust that achieves that rare, holy grail combination of thin, crispy, and subtly chewy. Dozens of pies later, it's still a ritual worth repeating. Food (4/5): The thin, crispy crust is the star of the show, and the pepperoni is dialed in to perfection every single time. Customer Service (4.25/5): Sharp and efficient. Decor (3.5/5): Unpretentious and classic. It carries that timeless, red-and-white checked tablecloth energy that focuses your attention exactly where it belongs: on the pie. Price: Around $17.50 per person. For a wonderful, sit-down brick oven pizza experience, it remains an absolute steal.

It is clean, well-ran, with just enough noise to be lively and fun without being overwhelming or deafening. The kitchen layout is visible to diners and it is always fun to watch how the pizza is made while you wait (but tortorous if you're starving!) The staff is super friendly and attentive from the moment you walk in until they wave you goodbye on the way out. The pizza is OUTSTANDING. They've mastered brick-oven style pizza. The mozzarella and parmesan are always fresh, the sauce is tangy and flavorful, and the crust is TEXTBOOK. As a non-crust eater the majority of the time, I find myself reaching over to my friends plates to do clean-up. Don't overlook any of the apps or calzones either. Things are super filling, however, so I recommend just splitting an order of spinach artichoke dip for the table while you wait for your pizza to arrive. Now being of legal drinking age, I understand why my parents would want a no-kids Grimaldi date time to time. The drinks are great and the bar atmosphere is a blast. I'd recommend checking out their seasonal cocktail specials. Pro-tip: Don't shy away from order a side of vodka sauce with your margherita pizza. Getting the vodka slice just won't hit as good. Also, definitely add the garlic, chili flakes, and extra parm from the shakers on each table to your slice. You don't NEED it per se, but it certainly does take things to the next level.

Sorry I won't sound that way in this review. I don't jump on YELP to review right away unless something's really got me irritated and fed-up. The Ambiance is basic pizza place IMHO.. Plenty of tables and space. I've eaten pizza and pasta dishes for at least 65 of my 70+ years on this earth and worked in a pizza place during the late 70s-early 80's and I KNOW my pizza AND pasta, especially the sauce. Today's baked ziti and baked stuffed shells was literally out of this world, meaning it tasted like it came from an alien, possibly one of those we've been hearing about on the MSM news. It Was HORRIBLE! No, I don't have pictures because I do NOT have a cell phone or a cam. My wife does but she is not home today. Trust me, I do NOT knock pizza places unless it is well deserved, like this place. This was the 3rd time I've tried this place. The 1st time I ordered the same as today. It was delicious. The 2nd time I ordered a round cheeses pie which was a bit too well done for me, so not satisfied. The very 1st time I had just a slice or 2 and was very satisfied, which is why I went back. Today, I'm sorry I decided to stop there. It's a total waste of $27 as I can't even eat this. It looks and tasted like leftover food from last night. The stuffed shells were way overcooked. So soft that when I attempted to transfer to a big bowl, they fell apart. Too soft and the "ricotta" was not creamy or melted. It looked like ricotta does when it's gone bad. I was afraid to eat it, THAT'S how bad it looked. I did TRY it along with the baked ziti, but not good at all. So, you might wonder how the baked ziti was? HA! NOT GOOD AT ALL! The ziti tasted as it looked. Overcooked. Some brown "burn" spots on the mozz, (very little cheese) and the same "expired looking" ricotta. I tried a couple fork fulls but it tasted burnt to me. well done, burnt and dry. Sorry guys but this was horrible and unacceptable. This was to be for my wife and me tonight. Now I'll just make my own, which I'm quite capable of and KNOW it will be edible and much much better than the garbage I was given today. I would call but the convo would not be pretty since I'm in a rotten mood, so I am just writing it here. I won't waste my time or gas in bringing it back. This place is NOT around the corner. I was just passing by again so I figured I'd get some hot food. I should've stuck with the pizza. I mean really; how do you screw up baked ziti and shells? There's 3 ingredients plus the pasta. The Ricotta HAD to be bad to begin with and then the overcooking it compounded it - or vice-versa. I hate throwing away food but this is going in the garbage AFTER I get my wife to take a couple pics. Both meals are in a big bowl, mixed together since the shells fell apart and I THOUGHT maybe the ziti could be salvaged using some of the sauce from the shells but even then, it tasted horrible. Obviously, Enzo's is off my fav. places to eat pizza/pasta list. It does take the #1 worst ziti and shells spot though. So bad I wouldn't even want another order if offered. I'll take the loss. It's not the first time I've wasted cash. Live and learn. Calda, Positano's, Sbarro's, Gino's and a couple other places nearer to me have yet to disappoint, so I'll stay with them. So now, having just wasted $27 and annoyed at that thoughh it could've been worse, I'm going to drink my blues away with a beer or 3 and then I'll feel better - or fall asleep in front of the TV. If my wife takes a picture and we can figured out how the heck to upload it from her phone, I'll do that as soon as possible. EDIT: The bread given with the meal was also hard and cold as if ( again ) it was leftover from yesterday or even before then. But from what I recall about the bread, it looks a lot better than it tastes. I'll be throwing that out too.

The plain cheese slice was exactly what it was supposed to be and the barbecue chicken was shockingly delicious. I probably could've (should've) only had the chicken barbecue ...it was super heavy and thicker than the standard slice. Somehow I managed to take one for the team and not have any leftover. Go figure. My colleague wolfed down his Sicilian slice and garlic knots. He was very happy. So many different options. I'd like to go back and try a few others.
