I just moved to Belleville. I decided to stop in and have my car washed. At first, everything was…read moregoing smoothly until I walked outside and saw where one of the workers placed one of my oil based air freshner on my cloth back seat!! I place them under my front seats on the floor. When the workers vacuumed the floors in the back, they probably removed them and placed them on the back seat while they were vacuuming under the seats and floors. Hence, while they were wiping my car off, I noticed this big oil stain on the back seat. The manager (a young lady) couldn't remove it, and I asked could they take some money off my bill or if something else could be done to rectify the problem. She called the owner name Jeff. First, he says, "How do I know you didn't do this?" Then, he says jokingly, "At least your car smells good!" I was appalled! He cleans the area and said after it dries, if the stain is still there, he would use the extractor to get the stain out. I asked could he give me something in writing confirming this extra service in case he's not there when I returned. He refused saying, "I'm not going to do that. You'll have to take my word for it. I've owned this business for 14 years and I'm here 6 days a week!" I returned the next day (3-29-25). Jeff was not there! There was a different woman who was the manager that greeted me. I told her what Jeff said about using an extractor. She promptly took care of it. However, before I left, I told her how I was treated the pervious day. She said she would let him know! Really??!! I understand he's her boss and nothing would be done since he was the offender but at least an apology should have been given! If you're looking for RESPECT AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICES, DON'T GO TO THE CLEAN MACHINE ON NORTH BELT!

We already had an offer from Capital one and we prefer to go with Capital one instead when we got there, they tried to pressure us and lied saying that Capital one payment was high kept trying to manipulate it to go with the credit union obviously because they have a relationship with them and I'm sure they get perks. Financing did not care about what we wanted. Financing took over three hours and My Husband was sitting there shaking because he hadn't eaten. He mentioned several times that he needed to leave and get food that he hadn't eaten in hours. My Husband already had the car picked out so literally all that he went in there to do was do the financing. Three hours is insane! The manipulation is insane, being deceiving is insane. Saw a car listed on their website and called to confirm it was still available. Told "Yep we still got it." I asked how late they were open and told 6:30 but the car will be gone around 4:30 since the boss is driving it. Ok, kinda strange. I said I'll come in a little after lunch time to take a look at the car. Showed up at the dealer at the time we agreed on only to find the car I wanted not on the lot - when I asked where it was I was told "the boss took it." Clearly not happy that I had driven 30 minutes round trip to see this car, I said "kinda hard to sell a car when it's not on the lot" All I got back was "Yep." No I'm sorry to inconvenience you....or can I take your contact info and let you know when the car is back so you can come see it...or heaven forbid sorry we wasted so much of your time how about we bring the car to you to look at when we get it back.... Well as I said there's a reason used car dealers and the sales people that work there get a certain reputation...and these guys earned every bit of it in my book...never gonna do business with these guys...not that it's that much of a big deal, running their business like this means they won't be around for long in any case.
