She said there was nothing she could do about it because she has no orders. I showed her the website, confirmed it was theirs and their ordering online system. She said again she couldn't do anything and to call our bank. We tell her our bank isn't going to do anything because she just charged us. Instead of figuring it out she gives us the number to call from their website people (third party) who apologized profusely that the owner of restaurant didn't call themselves and confirmed that we had an online order and paid. I had the man on speaker and still the owner was not the kindest for their own mistake. I then decided I want it all cancelled out of frustration that we had been charged various of times, no food for our family in town waiting, and wasted time sitting in a restaurant with no positive outcome. When the owner let the cook know not to cook our food he gave me a lovely snarl. I understand they were cooking but again this was the most unprofessional service we've ever experienced and very sad because again, we have frequented here often. I saw a few people with the bowls overflowing. This place has a buffet of quite a selection of food to choose from; vegetables, meats, noodles, sauces and seasons. You fill the bowl and bring it to the cook. The food gets thrown onto a circular flat top that the cooks walk around as they push the food around the circle until it is cooked. The food is then placed into a fresh bowl and handed back to you to take to your table. While I was there, I was asked by the cook "hot sauce or not hot?" I stated "not hot"; but while eating, I found the food to be a little on the spicy side anyways. I believe that could be due to the grill having hot sauce poured on it for a previous order. That being said, the food was full of flavors and textures that I got to choose as well; so that in itself is pretty great. The waitress was attentive, however, did bring a cup of tap water after I asked for a bottle of water. Which could have just been a misunderstanding. Other than that I thought she was polite and courteous and fairly quick. I really did enjoy the idea of "all you can fit in the bowl and have it cooked in front of you." It was mildly entertaining and unique. As for decor, I would not call this a fancy restaurant; but I can say in confidence that it is one that you will feel full and satisfied when you leave.
